SERPs Showing H1s Instead of Title Tags?
Here is a theory... because I am not really that involve with those 2, if I remember properly Bing/Yahoo are using the same search technology, so results shouldn't be that different, and my guess is they try to do the same as Google, showing what seems more relevant, but they are not as advanced yet so the probably add more weight to the H1 in the case of your website. As I said, its just my theory, I am not so into those 2. Happy to help!

Does a mobile site count as duplicate content?
If your using Wordpress and a plugin for showing a mobile version, you don't have to worry. But if you're simple copy & pasting on another site - then it can be a problem. Watch the vid's John links and you'll see.

How Best to Handle 'Site Jacking' (Unauthorized Use of Someone else's Dedicated IP Address)
I don't know the answer on this one. If you don't get any responses in Public Q&A, consider using a Private Q&A credit to get an answer from an Associate. A bonus there is that it is private and not indexed, and you can share the URL if that helps you at all.

Are there errors in your PRO reports lately?
Hi Mike, I guess the numbers you are seeing are the authority metrics for your site and the competition, although these should not change so drastically, one explanation would be the discovery of new links by RogerMozbot (107k to 806k) and the lost of links from your competition, it could be that those are the actual numbers now and that the information on your campaign is just finishing its update (new campaign maybe?), anyway cases like this are directly related to the tool, so I would advice you to open a help ticket and ask them http://seomoz.zendesk.com/home Also, check the links from OSE, and compare to the links in Google, Yahoo and Bing, to see where those new links are coming from. Hope that helps.

301 redirecting some pages directly, and the rest to a single page
also, keep in mind that if you are ranking on secondary terms on the non-front pages, you will lose a lot of that relevance by forwarding to only your home page (esp. if it's not about that specific thing. example: old site about fruit on home page - old subpage about apples the old subpage about apples may rank really well next, you forward the old subpage about apples to your new front page the search engines go "oh, this page isn't as relevant as the old apples subpage that no longer exists, let's bump down the rankings" hence, it's always best to forward your equivalent old content to your equivalent new content.

Why did our site drop in Google rankings?
Basically that wouldn't affect anything, I do that myself all the time. But if I were the guy at Google, who has to manually reconsider your request to drop a penalty and I read "SEO company" in the footer section I wouldn't be too generous with your request. That is more or less a "psychological" factor, so I would rather call that link: Webdesign & Consulting: biggestleaf. But that is no proven factor, just my 2 cents to how I think somebody at GooglePlex could react..

How bad is a negative MOZ rating
The -1 probably means that you don't have any yet. Wait until the next Linkscape update some time in August and see then again. Give it some time.

I am optimizing my webpages according to suggestions from the On Page Report Card. Should I have more than one keyword for a page?
Ideally you would like to have one keyword focus per page with the very relevant unique content on said page and inner linked correctly. Of course when the keywords are similair then you might stray towards having very similair pages which can lead to duplicate content/keyword cannabilism. Think of it from a users point of view - would the 2 keyword's content make more sense on one page or do they need their own seperate page? Your goal should be to create a page/site that would be the authority on a given subject/keyword and I believe that if you think of it from the user/visitors point of view first you can't really go too far wrong
