  • It's a measure of whatever page is in question. Usually site speed tools measure the page that you are currently on or the URL that you give them. It's not limited to the home page.

  • Hi Jorge, I have not noticed this problem in my own campaigns. If you click the F from the first screen it should show you all of the icons, but only the F icon should have reports showing next to it. There is a manual selector at top of this page too so you can change the letter to get a different set of reports. There is a great explanation of how the On-page feature works if you click the Help link at top of the page and go to this help page. If yours appears to be malfunctioning, best thing to do is click the link at top of that Help page to Submit a Request and ask Moz staff to check out your campaigns. Be sure to tell them which specific campaigns it is happening with to make it easier to track down. Hope this helps, Sha

  • I have added it to the index page of a client because they requested it (a competitor started first). A few people have clicked it, but not enough to really justify it yet. Basically its on a trial period for them. I could see it being more useful for blogs, if the content is good people will click it, but I am not sure if they will share it on FB, Tweet it and THEN click +1. Seems to be a lot to ask.

  • But if you sell football boots and you manage to rank for a competitors brand name, but the landing page did not mention the competitor brand name but delivered lets say 10%Off promo code as a call to action then I cant see anything wrong with this? Unless im actually wrong and you cant do this!

  • Hi EGOL, Thanks for your insight into my question. I'm new here but I've read some of your other posts on the Q&A forums and will continue to work hard on producing quality content while optimizing the site. I appreciate you taking the time to answer this, my first question.

  • Thanks for your very thoughtful response! I'm glad to hear that we're not the only company who's spent a long time pondering this questions. Mostly, we've been doing a combination of volume (wow, there's a lot of items like that) and a bit of search (wow, there's a lot of people looking for those.) Thanks!

  • What your gut may be telling you is that you need to have the server redirect the old URLs to the new URLs. That old URL is giving me a page not found, instead of a 301 redirect to the new AboutUs page.

  • I too work with a lot of bloggers who are given products to review for the purpose of link building and content. The UK has similar legislation which states the competition (or review)  was sponsored and the relation between the blogger and the company is clear. In terms of a 'no-follow' i haven't come across anything which states that the link must be 'no-follow'. I don't think these communities (such as the FCC) have come to understand the relevance of no vs do follow links, so I'd keep going with the follow links.

  • If all 15 comments are written by 15 different people the content would clearly be unique...and you are fortunate to have that sort of engagement. Perhaps you could create a page where you link all the answers in one place..maybe sort out the answers.. You have probably already seen this this http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/duplicate-content Good luck.

  • Hello Jennifer, I'm sorry I'm so late to the party here but I wanted to point you to a post Dr. Pete did in September: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-do-i-get-googles-bulleted-snippets Based on what I'm seeing in my vertical (namely coupons). think what it boils down to is organization. There is no "official" way to get these types of listings, but the more organized / structured you can make the data the better. That's why it's so easy for bulleted lists and full tables to get them because the delineation between the coupons is very obvious to bots. I have also not noticed any relation to these listings and structured data markup as described on Schema.org.
