Google My Business Shared Address Problem
Thanks for the extra input William. Yeah, it's a new site. I was mainly concerned about the shared address. Nothing I have ever seen before. We have ran some reports on local churches, as well as churches in general to see where to get some quality links and will be implementing that soon. I will keep everyone updated on what happens!

Duplicate website pages indexed: Ranking dropped. Does Google checks the duplicate domain association?
Hi John, Thanks for the response. I agree with you about using "rel=canonical". But there are too many pages to manually add these tags. Is there any other way to implement this? Thanks

Link reclamation: What happens when backlinks are pointing to other page than the most related page? Any risks?
Try to get links to the most relevant page for each search term you are targeting. The link text is important and will influence search engines as to the correct page for each search term. Try to target only one or two important keywords per page. It can be difficult to do, but it will make things more clear to people and the search engines. Best Regards

Raise in ranking but drop in visibility, also question about wordpress themed SEO
Hello, Well if your rankings are going up, you must be doing something right. Congratulations. I would just start going through the pages one by one and run a site audit in MOZ and start correcting any problems found. Just start one page at a time and keep going until you have fixed as many issues as possible. Make sure all your Meta tags and on page SEO is correct and then start your offsite SEO. Try writing some good articles and try to get as many high-quality backlinks as possible. Best Regards

Republishing posts
I would not delete. I would not redirect. I would publish the improved post on the original URL. Don't disrupt your assets. We are always improving our content. Doing a major rewrite of a couple articles per week now and will not finish for a couple years. All of this stays on the same URL.

Effect of Moz Local
Hey there, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! Thanks so much for reaching out! So, in terms of the scores overall - we don't do a very good job of explaining what success looks like with Moz Local, and I apologize for the lack of clarity. When a particular location's Listing & Accuracy scores are sitting above 85%, that location's consistency is incredibly strong! The difference between an Accuracy score of, say, 94 and 100 is basically an imperceptible increase in terms of the SEO benefit. Now the difference between 65 versus 85 has a colossal impact, undoubtably, but scores going above 85% are _slam dunking _on their Local listing consistency already. In those cases, making it up to 100 would have little added effect. Regarding the ranking - the thing to note here is that it is not only listing accuracy that has an impact. There are a number of factors to take into consideration - I'd recommend reviewing this resource we have on Local Search Ranking factors: https://moz.com/local-search-ranking-factors as well as this super helpful blog post: https://moz.com/blog/local-seo-ranking-your-local-business-in-2017 In terms of certain sections of the tool showing you incomplete data - I'd love to dig into this further for you! Could you please pop a message over to help@moz.com along with the name, address and phone number of the listing you're referring to, so we can investigate this further for you and just ensure that everything is running smoothly?

Zero Position and bolded words
Hello there! There has not been any discovery in how Google analyzes pages to fill Featured Snippets nor any other rich result, yet. Personally believe that this is really new and Google AI is learning how to be better at finding the right information for enchances results. It's nearly a lottery to be featured, althogh there are some pages that have some tips to be selected as FS, none of them worked for me. Also, remember that being in a rich result page will diminish the CTR for every one. My advise: Focus on bringing the best of the bes content you might do. Best luck. GR.

Have you ever seen or experienced a page indexed which is actually from a website which is blocked by robots.txt?
Hi vtmoz, The most mandatory way to prevent any page to be indexed is by using a meta robots tag with a _noindex _parameter. Then using robots.txt will help to optimize your server resources and is a way that prevent google to crawl any new page that do not have the meta robots tag. And yeah, its very common to have indexed pages even the robots.txt file blocks the entire website. If what you are looking for is to remove from index the pages, follow this steps: Allow the whole website to be crawable (or at least that specific pages/section) in the robots.txt add the robots meta tag with "noindex, follow" parametres wait several weeks, 6 to 8 weeks is a fairly good time. Or just do a followup on those pages when you got the results (all your desired pages to be de-indexed) re-block with robots.txt those pages DO NOT erase the meta robots tag. Hope it helps. Best luck. GR.
