Rank Tracker Result Not Reflected In Google
Hey alrockn, The search engines - Google, Yahoo! & Bing - all maintain multiple indices that run across multiple datacenters. This means if you query different datacenters, you can get somewhat different ranking results. As others have mentioned, other elements, such as personalization, geography and search history (even if you're logged out of your Google/search engine account) can also influence ranking positions. Hence, there can be a lot of variation in what different people, searching from different computers/locations might see in the rankings. Our solution has been to run searches from a variety of IP addresses and IP blocks using non-personalized, search history/location agnostic requests. In our experience, these have provided the most accurate results, showing what the "most" users see, though we know there's still quite a bit of room for fluctuation. If you have suggestions about how we might improve the technical process of fetching rankings data to get better data, please let us know and we'll pass it on to our engineering team. We're always looking for ways to get you better data

DA vs PA when building links
EGOL is essentially correct - DA and PA are measures of ranking power, essentially (they both factor in multiple variables), but we don't currently model things like the likelihood of a link to be spammy - although we're working on that. So, it is definitely possible for a site to have high authority in theory but devalued by Google in practice. It also depends on whether you mean "trust" in a broad sense or specifically something like TrustRank. Our MozTrust metric was intended to approximate TrustRank, which essentially measure how far a site is from a seed set of trusted sites. That's a way we believe Google has quantified "trust" in the past. I don't believe that PA/DA factor in MozTrust, but I'm not entirely sure on that one. In terms of link value, DA and PA can both matter, and it depends a bit on the situation - even both metrics are only a small piece of the puzzle. If the numbers are similar and low (like 20/34 or 34/20), I wouldn't obsess about it. It's when they differ quite a bit that you might want to consider both. A weak page on a very strong domain or a very strong page on a weak domain both have potential value as link sources.

Google Disavow wrong Sample URLs
Have you tried browsing the site with the googlebot user agent? Could those sites have been hacked, and only show the spam if they think you're Google? I've seen that hack before, though don't know if any of those links have ever been in a sample bad link report from Google.

Google+ for Business Links Section - Not Available
Hi Perfect Pitch Concepts, I'm so sorry your question hasn't received a reply. Looks like no one may have noticed this about Google+ Local vs Brand pages. You're supposed to be able to link out from the description with rich text, but my understanding is that it can take longer to get verified if you do. Now, with the launch of the new Google My Buisiness, who knows! Google is definitely narrowing the gap between Local and Social page types, so I expect all kinds of changes to be going on with things just like this.

One site two languages - what to do with urls?
I would agree with Dean just to explain that the reason www.domain.es/en is better than en.domain.es is because the /en keeps the authority in your site rather than separating to a sub domain which sort of helps you a bit.

Will adding 1000's of outbound links to just a few website impact rankings?
do you have any evidence that linking out can improve domain authority, I don't think it can., Matt cuts once said that it can be beneficial to link out, well of cause it can, but can it make you rank higher? The evidence shows it can make you rank lower, not higher

Putting "noindex" on a page that's in an iframe... what will that mean for the parent page?
Thanks. This is what I figured, but I realized that I've never tried it before and I wanted to be 100% sure before potentially noindex'ing my homepage

Blank Title and Description Tags
Hi Michael, It's definitely best practice to place title tags (at least) on all pages and I would recommend doing so if these pages are accessible to search engines, i.e. not blocked by robots.txt, a login requirement, etc. "Would it help the site as a whole rank better?" - I can't say whether it would help primary pages or the home page actually rank better for their target keywords, but it's certainly not a good sign from a search engine's point of view to come across as website with a lot of pages online, indexed and devoid of titles.
