URL SEO: Better directory structure vs. exact keyword phrase
The difference in the ranking strength of those two URLs is negligible. Your decision should probably be made by deciding whether or not you're going to build out those directories and have the content to do so. Having /properties/new-york/rental suggests you having multiple properties in New York, some of which are rentals. If a visitor went to /properties/new-york, would they see a page with multiple New York properties, some for sale and some for rent? If the visitor just went to /properties, would there be multiple regions for people to browse through? If you have the content and ability to do that, then build it out with the subdirectories. If you don't, then focus on that single page with the keyword as the slug.

Weekly reports
Hey Martin, I'm so sorry for the confusion here. When you see that the last report timeframe is from May 19th-25th, that means that it was actually updated on the 26th so the full data for the 25th was included in the update. Since we update the accounts ever 7 days, that means the next update will be today, June 2nd, for the weekly timeframe of May 26th-June 1st. Your campaign is set to be updated on Mondays, and you should see updated data by the end of the day PST. When the campaign is updated, you will receive a notification that the data is updated. I hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Chiaryn

Directory Listings with anchor text = Should we just Delete them all?
Exactly as Anirban says. We're seeing a lot of directory SEO questions lately, and it's worrying. Both the exact anchor text and the fact that directory links are more often than not junk is why you should remove them. If they were directories that were HIGHLY relevant to your business and frequented by people looking for your type of services, they might be fine. For instance, if you found a directory listing gardeners, plumbers, electricians and builders in Los Angeles and you happen to be a gardener in Los Angeles, there is some sense here. However, the vast majority of directory submissions we see are made-for-SEO and should be removed ASAP.

Retargeting and Display Advertising - Moz data
Hey Steve! We will index any HTML links if they can be found but not links embedded in JS as most ads are with their redirect structure. Hope this helps!

Some Websites Always Rank High?
Absolutely - the authority the receive from being tied to the strong root domain and from the internal links they receive from the website allows pages to rank with no third party inbound backlinks. A lot of retail queries bring up pages ranking with only internal links - a query for [yellow dresses] in Google.co.uk has Debenhams ranking second. The site has no inbound links from other websites. You will see this over and over again - a competitor ranking lower for that query may take on a link development project to increase their page on yellow dresses' authority over the Debenhams page, and from experience I can tell you that that can be very profitable! However, in an environment where no SEO has taken place on these pages, the pages from the strongest domain will often rank very well with no deliberate effort.

One day impressions drop... how to figure out why?
I believe Google webmaster and GA are both trusted tools but if I have to choose one of them I will go with analytics tool as its real time where as webmaster tools take time to get updated. If you lost impression as well as traffic from search in a day you probably have to check your rankings and see if you lost rankings as well in-case of you probably knows the action plan. Also check the drop date and compare it with the Google penalty calendar to see if you are a suspect of Panda or Penguin. Hope this helps!

SEO Value to Improving HTML Code of Website That Validates According to W3C?
Perhaps even pay someone a small amount for a audit that does not come with it the chance of further work for that person. This is a really good idea. First ask the guys complaining to point out real stuff that needs to be fixed or give you an example of a page with problems. Then you have specific stuff to get opinions on. My bet is that these complainers are simply picky code monkeys who can't stand work that does not meet their compulsive tidy standards. It bugs them that they have to "think:" about somebody else's code that is not formatted or written the way they like it. I am very confident that they would not like my code.

Moz Toolbar not working in either Chrome or Firefox
OSE and the API are down right now, which is causing problems with the Moz Toolbar. If you keep an eye on our Twitter account, we'll keep you posted there with the status (I'm actually on vacation right now, and will not have good connectivity, so won't be able to update this thread myself).
