What different between Facebook organic and referral
I have not seen this particular problem with Facebook traffic before. You should only see Referral and Social traffic from Facebook. Do you have any filters active on the Google Analytics profile in question that could be altering the Medium setting for this traffic? Or is it possible that you have campaigns set up for Facebook traffic that have an incomplete use of UTM tracking parameters for Google Analytics? One other possibility is that certain pages have been indexed by Google with the UTM tracking parameters included - this URL, for example, is indexed by Google, which is likely to be causing strange results in your analytics: http://www.wearyouwant.com/en/fb/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=CPC&utm_term=free+shipping&utm_content=landing&utm_campaign=Facebook%2Blanding Best, Mike

How to optimize drop down menus?
I agree with Federico, as long as it's readable to the search engine then you should not have an issue. You could try seo-browser.com to see if the menu is visible to search engines.

Tumblr, Blog or Both
Does your client have that much content to regularly update a tumblr and a custom on-site blog? I would actually go with the on-site blog. What's your customer's reasoning behind the change?

Is there a way to get a list of Total Indexed pages from Google Webmaster Tools?
Looks like I can only do the first thousand. It's a start though. Thank you for the information. Many of the URL's on my list, when put in to Google search, are giving me 80-100 other variants I can remove by hand. http://www.mathewporter.co.uk/list-a-domains-indexed-pages-in-google-docs/ for anyone else following.

Problem Shooting with Google authorship
A major part of the problem is that you're trying to setup authorship for your company's google+ page and not for an individual. That's not how it works. You have to tie authorship to an individual and authorship is meant to be setup for aritcles and blogs, rather than sitewide. To tie a brand page to your site you should use rel=publisher.

Does having all client websites on same server/same Google Analytics red flag Google?
We try to make sure that we have a different link profile for each of our cllients and that we have the Google Plus page in the clients name. We have not seen a issue with having all the google plus accounts and google WMT in our email. copyscape.com is a great tool to double check duplicate content and find out what is getting flagged.

Why has my website gone from 2 duplicate pages to 5000+ duplicate pages n 1 week?
Download the CSV report and take a look at the URLs to see if they offer a clue. It could be that suddenly there's new pagination or session IDs that are being indexed.

Deep Link Ratio
If you're adding links from external sites yourself, those links aren't quite natural.

Why is my m-dot site outranking my main site in SERPs?
Sorry for the cliffhanger, but I did some more research and wanted to follow up. After looking over the mobile site's backlink profile, I'm convinced it's not related to the mobile version having a better backlink set than the desktop (mobile backlinks = 4, desktop = 1,400). The overall quality of the backlink profile on the desktop version does not send up any red flags for me (or any of the software used to analyze). Mostly industry related Q&A links, local business listings, fairly low on general directories (about 3%), other hospital links (client is in the healthcare industry) No manual penalties were ever issued to the desktop version. I appreciate your feedback as well Bridget, the rel=alternate & rel=canonical for each version of the site appear to be appropriately inserted based on Google's guidelines, so I'm still scratching my head trying to figure this one out.

Want to move site to wordpress and keep links without using redicrects
What about links that aren't going to the home page but to other pages on my old site Can those also be redirected after the old site is taken down? The hostgator plan that I have puts the first site as the main domain and subsequent sites that I create and/ or host with them are subdomains. I read somewhere that for seo purposes it makes no difference. Paul

Duplicate Issue
Edit: I apologize, because I was not nearly clear enough here. The Star Hotels site will have 5 pages dedicated to The Michelangelo Hotel. The content will sit solely on that server as those 5 pages. Those 5 pages will each be indexed as 2 URLs. www.michelangelohotel.com <-> www.starhotels.com/en/michelangelo/ www.michelangelohotel.com/accommodations <-> www.starhotels.com/en/michelangelo/accommodations And so on.

I would recommend Screaming Frog as well, but a couple free alternatives were recently mentioned in a YOUMOZ post, http://moz.com/ugc/conduct-a-backlink-profile-analysis-with-excel-case-study

Are jobsite themes harder to optimize than say a traditional website?
Hi Spencer, thank you for your reply. I have not changed domains, the site name is being generated by Wordpress in the settings so can easily be removed. I think the H1 tags may be another debate, however will take it down to one per page. again most of the H1 are being generated by the theme rather than deliberate acts.

OnPage Reports - Duplicate titles and meta descriptions
Hi Carla, you can use the Crawl Test Tool Jesse mentioned to find duplicate titles and meta descriptions or any site. However, I believe what you are actually looking for is the Crawl Diagnostics Report, available for any campaign you have set up in your Moz Analytics account. To find it, go to http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns and select the campaign of your choice. This will take you to the Dashboard Overview of that campaign. In the lefthand navigation, select "Search". In the subnav that appears, select "Crawl Diagnostics". From there, you can filter data and download reports. You can also schedule Custom Reports to be automatically emailed to you. Let me know if you needs more clarification on this, thanks! Christy

Website starts ranking on Google then always drops - Targeted for Australia but most traffic from U.S - Bounce Rate at 94.49% - HELP!
You're not using a geo redirect are you? If not, then it does seem like you have had an algorithm penalty (assuming there isn't a manual notice) on WMT.
