I don't believe moz is seeing everything that is on my webpage
If you're using Wix.com, and they use AJAX... here's what you can do to verify google is scraping your site properly. go to google.com and simply type "site:yourURL.com"... no spaces between the colon and your site name. This will return Google's index of your site, and then you can look at the cached pages to ensure they're seeing what they should. Wix posted about this, and they provide both the needed AJAX (end user) option and the HTML (google crawler option) properly.. here's their blog from 2015 addressing this (see #4) https://www.wix.com/blog/2015/04/myth-busting-10-interesting-facts-about-wix-seo/ if you're using Wix.com... or other website builder tools... make sure to submit your sitemap to the Google Search Console, this should also help.

How to have MOZ site crawl pre-launch
Thank you! Yes, we did create a campaign and it worked out fine. Ofcourse the crawler complains about our site having meta noindex... But it found other issues as well! including a nasty redirect chain and a bunch of broken links!

Duplicate titles issue
Hi Alessia, While you could say these are duplicates (as Igor said), I don't think Moz should be reporting these as duplicates because they are not an issue as they are handled with hreflang and pagination - and won't actually cause you any problems. However, I would update your Italian pages to use Italian titles. They seem to be in Italian everywhere except the title - this will be important for you to get Italian traffic to your site. There is also a small issue with your hreflang implementation where you are only specifying a language. You must specify a language and a country for hreflang to validate. Cheers, David

Canonical url does not seem to be recognised by Moz
I am having sort of the same issue. Joomla plugin sh404SEF has a canonical field that I have been using as I can only code in the body of the pages in Joomla. It makes the tag syntax: <link href="http://customsigncenter.com/itemlist/category/40-soccer-banners" rel="canonical"> Some of them are recognized by Moz and some of them are not. Why would a joomla plug in create canonicals incorrectly? thoughts?

Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site
Wanted to jump back in on this topic as I've just confirmed my initial suspicion. I just added a new client to our Moz account and had the exact same issue, crawler unable to access the robots.txt file. It's a secure site and was configured in Moz without the HTTPS. When I go to the robots.txt file without https://www, it redirects to the same thing as yours where the / between the TLD and page path gets removed. Reconfigure your site and it should begin to work.

Crawl issues, how to see a referring link?
Hey there Ben! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! We'd love to help you to further investigate this - would you be able to pop a message over to help@moz.com, along with the name of the affected campaign and a few examples of the problems that you're seeing? This way we can take a look directly at your site and the CSV results and help you to isolate what's happening here:) Looking forward to hearing from you!

Social Visit in the dashboard
Yo Jo, Social visits for multiple Moz campaigns all show "0". I've checked GA which shows social visits from Twitter, Stumbleupon, etc and I've checked that the GA number (eg UA-42970474-1) is the same in the Moz campaign. Why is Moz not showing some of the social visits GA is reporting? iVhAV

Where does SEOMoz pull it's keyword data from?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! Where we're getting keyword suggestions from depends on which tool you're using. For Moz Pro, the suggestions come from our own data and data from a third party, Similarweb. For Keyword Explorer, the suggestions are based on our own database of millions of keywords. I hope that helps, but if you've still got questions, feel free to shoot us a note at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort things out for ya!

API samplecode is not working
Hello! Can you provide a screenshot of what you have in link_service.php on line 80? This appears to be where the undefined error is reporting for. You may want to consult with a developer to troubleshoot as we are limited to providing dev support.

Why is my DA still only 1 :(
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Ria Parish and Edward Sturm have the right answer here - it's just down to waiting for our index to find your new site, crawl it, and index links pointing to it. Open Site Explorer and the Link Analysis page of campaigns are both tied to our Mozscape index, which tends to update roughly once a month. Just a few points on how we compile our index: We grab the most recent index. We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains). We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled ~130 billion URLs The idea here is that we're focusing on the highest-quality links we can find, coming from the most prominent pages of authoritative sites. So, while you may not see every link for a site within our index, we're aiming to report the most valuable ones available! Most new sites and links will be indexed by our spiders and available in Mozscape and Open Site Explorer within 60 days, but some take even longer for many reasons - including the crawl-ability of sites, the number of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories. (This also slightly biases our index in favor of newer links. Link data is only stored in the index for around 180 days. After that point, unless the crawler is prompted to revisit and re-crawl those links, they can fall back out of our index again.) You can see our most recently updated schedule here as well as some more technical metrics on our Mozscape API Updates page. You can also see when the last and next updates happened on the Open Site Explorer (OSE) homepage at any time. Since Moz focuses on quality of links over quantity, we are always focused on the most relevant links to display to our users. It's possible that Moz's index will leave out some of the lower-quality (non-link juice providing) links out of our index because of this. So, that might explain why you may see some discrepancies with what other tools may be showing. I know this is a ton of information, so if you have any questions or if I didn't make anything clear enough, please don't hesitate to ask! You can give us a shout at help@moz.com any time.

Adding keywords to landing pages
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Donald Silvernail is entirely correct - Moz Pro can help you track keywords and how your site ranks for them, but we won't do the work of adding those keywords to your pages for you. If you're wondering how to add those keywords to your pages, it might be best to work with your web developer or whoever manages your site for you - they should be able to help. Moz's tools can show you how to optimize your site for peak performance and the best possible rankings, but we just give you the tools to do the work of SEO on your own. Unfortunately we don’t offer consulting advice through our support channels. If you’re looking to purchase SEO services, we maintain a list of recommended SEO providers here. If you are looking to build your own capabilities, we have several SEO classes and custom training options on the Moz Training page. Core classes include keyword research, on-site optimization, and link building. Check back often there as the class schedule updates regularly. I hope this helps somewhat! If you have more questions, feel free to send us a message at help@moz.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

Compare link metrics: some items shows zero --> 0 :(
Hi there! My sincerest apologies for not seeing this last response! We do consider our figures up to date for the sites that we have indexed, but the indexing process can make this seem like it isn't the case. The reason you haven't yet been indexed is not because you have a large site but simply because we haven't discovered your site yet. Moz says my pages don't have rel="canonical" but they do
Hi again, Katie! The reason you're seeing the "No Rel=Canonical" tag Insight is that we weren't able to crawl the homepage for this site, https://barn2.co.uk. We got an 804 crawl attempt error for that page, meaning that we weren't able to crawl it to see that canonical tag. If you can see the canonical tags on your site and you know they're there, trust the evidence! Our tools just ran into some issues crawling your site that meant that we couldn't read that tag. I hope this helps explain! If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com and we'll get your questions all squared away.
