Moz can't crawl my site.
Hey Adam! Thanks for reaching out to us! Your website works perfectly at www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk and our crawler would have no problem accessing that page, however, your Campaign is set up to track the following site: bluerinsevintage.co.uk https://www.screencast.com/t/lfDM1Zxjbzw When we try to access that site in the browser I get the following error message: https://www.screencast.com/t/qLHhbQcH Our Crawler will always start from the HTTP seed laid out in your Campaign Settings e.g. bluerinsevintage.co.uk, and once it successfully reaches that page it should then be redirected to www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk Perhaps someone on this forum or an external web developer/administrator would be able to advise on how to remove this shopify error message? Once this is sorted out, we should be able to crawl your site successfully Let me know if you have any other questions! For general troubleshooting of crawler issues please check our guide https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/site-crawl/crawl-troubleshooting Eli

Problem with duplicate titles
Hey! Thanks for reaching out! Pages are considered to have duplicate titles only if their titles are exact matches. There is no notion of overlapping or partial matches for this purpose. Like duplicate content, canonical versions should be considered, but not pages that refer to the canonical version. For more on canonicalization, check out this resource: https://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization You can verify the page title by viewing the source code of the page itself. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything that needs clarifying! I am not so familiar with Shopify, or the way the URL's are structured within Shopify. Perhaps someone else on the forum has had more experience with this. Let me know if you have any other questions! Eli

Does MOZ pick up every issue in one crawl?
Hey Lee, Dave from the Help Team here. Site Crawl will detect any error that we report on, for any page that is accessible to the crawler. As you develop and change your website, new crawl issues might get detected as well. Hopefully that helps to clarify, if you need us to look into specific examples, feel free to email help@moz.com.

Page Count per campaign - Crawl Usage 500,000 Pages
STANDARD level subscription crawl limits have recently been changed to 20k pages per tracked site allowing for 5 tracked sites with a total of 100k pages. MEDIUM level plans still crawl up to 50k per tracked site. You can see what each level subscription gets on our pricing page.

How often is page authority updated
Ok good to know. So PA and DA and both based on backlinks (internal and external).

Getting Started: Multiple Campaigns VS Single Campaign
Hey, Dave here from the Help Team! This is really up to you and how you want to organize your campaigns, however I think you are right about not overly complicating it. I would suggest that you track your entire domain in one campaign and categorize your keywords with labels. If you decide to later track specific sections of you site, you can, but its probably good to have one campaign with an overall view of your entire site. Hopefully that helps!

Incorrect URL showing for my tracked keyword
Hey Lida! Thanks for reaching out to us! Our tool functions in such a way that it will find the highest ranking URL on your site for that specific Keyword. I understand your frustration, and it appears to be quite a common problem. However, as Randy points out in this excellent Whiteboard Friday Video - there are ways that you can try to deal with it! To sum up the video: Is there an alternative relevant page on your website which you would prefer coming up for this keyword? Perhaps this page is experiencing indexing or crawling or content or link issues. (Rand talks about these in great detail). Rand then goes on to explain how you can bolster that page's potential ranking signals, or even to down-grade the non relevant page. If all else fails, Rand presents a final potential solution... Check it out! To find the other pages that your site in ranking for you have the option in Moz Pro to choose 'Keyword Performance' from the drop-down (See image) and you will be able to see the other URL's that are ranking for that specific Keyword. This could help with the technical SEO side of things as mentioned above. Maybe some of the SEO pros in our community can advise further! If you do have any questions about our tools that I can help with, just send them my way — I'm more than happy to help! Have a great day! Eli kGSOl

Why does the MOZ bar not work on SERPs with site links?

Why do ignored crawl issues still count as issues?
Hi there! Thanks so much for the question! Sorry for any confusion here! Ignored issues should not count toward your total issue count once your next crawl takes place. When you ignore an issue, it will not be immediately reflected in your issue count but once your next crawl takes place, you should see the issue count reflect the removal of the ignored issue. If you're finding that this is not happening and your ignored issues are still being counted, please send us an email at help@moz.com and we'll be sure to take a look and see what's going on! I hope this helps!

Standard Syntax in robots.txt doesn't prevent Moz bot from crawling
Thanks, Tawny, If you look at Duplicate titles, check the first one (https://needquest.com/place_tag/autism-spectrum-disorder/). All the URLs with a duplicate title have /page/ in them. I will suggest they move the Allow statement and see if that helps.

What is the IP address of the MOZ crawlbot?
Hi, Moz is hosted on Amazon. See this sample log entry from today: 54.146.235.41 - - [17/Sep/2017:09:48:13 +0200] "GET /best-deals.html/page/12/ HTTP/1.0" 200 15803 "-" "rogerbot/1.2 (https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-procedures/what-is-rogerbot, rogerbot-crawler+aardwolf-production-crawler-97@moz.com)"[XF 54.146.235.41] That IP is part of Amazon's ASN. whois -h whois.radb.net -- '-i origin AS16509' | grep ^route You can either use something like mod_authz to allow the domain amazonaws.com to connect or you can get each IP from AS16509 and allow that. Hope it helps. Regards Chris

All you need to do is head to the Add & Manage section of your Rankings, here: https://www.screencast.com/t/np2VOGtTc2 From there you should be able to add in any keywords you missed the first time through. Hope that helps! If you have any more questions we can help with, feel free to give us a shout over at help@moz.com.
