I've bought and am using Screaming Frog successfully. Thanks for the direction, Eli.

Thanks, Eli. Great answer; I'll go and run Screaming Frog.

Outbound 404 Links
My blog goes back to 2005 and occasionally I find outbound links on old posts that now generate a 404 error.
Is there a Moz tool that can find and report on such errors? If not, are there other tools you can recommend?

Why would DA and Home Page PA divurge
I track home page Page Authority and Domain Authority. Normally they move in a similar fashion. However for at least one client I see them moving in markedly opposite directions. One client has seen their Home page PA increase from 29 to 33 ov er the past year or so while their DA is dropped from 22 to 16.
Potentially related are odd trends in home page inbound link counts and linking domains. Moz reported 241 inbound link to the home page last December, and 324 now. For the months April through July, however, Moz reported link counts between 1150 and 1350. Linking domains improved from 120 last December to 324 now.
I of course recognize that raw counts of links and linking domains need to be tempered with quality considerations. But still, I'm finding is puzzling and wondering if anyone has any thoughts about why the Page Authority and Domain Authority would be diverging..

RE: Use National keyword ranking or Local?
Thanks, Chiaryn — I'm considering deleting my geo-based national keywords and adding non-geo local ones. Do I understand correctly that I will be able to view historical visibility and ranking for the old keywords and new visibility and ranking starting with when the new keyword phrases are added – but not both at the same time?
Thanks!

RE: Use National keyword ranking or Local?
Miriam, unless I misread it, the article you linked is mostly for keyword analysis and selection. I'm comfortable with work in that regard; I'm just weighing the change for tracking visibility; whether to replace geo-modified national tracking with non-geo-modified local tracking.
If I do that, will historical visibility and the rankings bar graph continue to display or will everything reset to the date I make that change?

RE: Use National keyword ranking or Local?
Thanks, Miriam. I'll look at your linked article.
I've been doing on-page optimization for state and sometimes counties and sometimes focused towns. So typically I've been tracking rankings for state-modified keywords and perhaps one of the counties and/or one of the towns believing them to be representative of all optimized counties or towns.
Should I abandon those tracked geo-modified keywords and replace them with their non-geo equivalents? That would cut significantly back on the number of tracked keywords, giving me more breathing room between the total number of keywords I'm tracking and my limit under my Moz plan. But I fear losing the historical rankings for the keywords I eliminate.

RE: Use National keyword ranking or Local?
Thanks, Adam. I've been tracking traffic for Google, Yahoo & Bing, however Yahoo & Bing is pretty insignificant compared to Google traffic. But for a client like this, national rankings for non-Geo keyword phrases is very likely to be zero.
Would you suggest abandoning Yahoo & Bing traffic reporting? Or trying to have it both ways (which entails adding more keywordsa and running up against my limit)?

RE: Use National keyword ranking or Local?
Thanks, 7thPowerInc. To show Yahoo and Bing results I'd need to set up both National AND Local keywords? I ask because I'm perilously close to my total keyword allotment.

Use National keyword ranking or Local?
I have a few clients who only serve in-state customers. Am I better off checking rankings Nationally with geo-modifiers in the keywords (Plumber NI) or set my keywords up as Local for NJ without geo-modifiers (Plumber)?
I've been doing the former, but am wondering If I've set it up sub-optimally.

RE: MozBar Login Change Update + Firefox Temporarily Disabled
Please do what you can about this. Many of us are waiting somewhat impatiently. Because all of my SEO plugins are on Firefox, I need to open a separate Chrome browser just to use the MozBar. I really need it back on Firefox./

RE: MozBar Login Change Update + Firefox Temporarily Disabled
"A note to Firefox users
With this change, we will temporarily disable the Firefox version of the MozBar. You may have noticed that the Firefox and Chrome versions of the MozBar are not the same. This is due to Mozilla’s review process, and us being unable to get new versions approved despite multiple attempts.Good news on the horizon! Firefox will start accepting Chrome-based extensions with the release of Firefox v48, which means soon there will be one version of the MozBar. When v48 is released, we will re-enable the MozBar in Firefox. In the meantime you can use the free Google Chrome version."
Two and a half years later, this still appears to have not been fixed. Am I wrong? If not, have you abandoned Firefox permanently?
