Where can I post jobs at?
SEO jobs can be posted in the marketplace. I would add your offer seems to be for a computer programmer (CS degree required and 5+ years of very specific knowledge required), not a SEO job.

How fast can page authority be grown
Hey again NickEubanks, 1. checking up on my stats again for my site. its age is 59 days old and has not been registered before. 2. crawl stats are high of 137, average of 61, low of 10. That includes every data point since it is so young(less than 90 days old). 3. seomoz campaign says that I have 78 pages crawled though i dont think all of them should get indexed as pages seemed to get indexed within minutes usually. 59 are indexed. 57 were indexed today and I wrote a post as well as made a new navigation page to keep organized and then it went to 59 within minutes. I don't think tag pages with a single post get indexed or something since some tags do seem to get indexed and also have multiple posts. 4. total links: 1628 from 538 domains. Domain homepage PA of 40 with a DA of 33. Dmozrank 5.3. my page for the keyword i plan to rank first for is PA 38, 67 links from 14 domains. The site ranking in first position is much younger (2 year old site) than the other 6 beating me as I am in position 8. these 6 have 5 with between 60 to 80 DA and one of the worse ranking site on the serps with a DA 46 though it was beating a DA 62. Each also ranges from have very little to quite a lot of links. first i'll share the first position stats as it is related to your main focus. PA 14 DA74, 71 links from 4 domains. all the other 6 are over 10 years old. after my site is a 6 year old site which i am now beating. hope you enjoy this juicy info. so in about 2 months i got to DA33 to answer your original question. This has been fun.

Non-Recognition of Links
Hi Martin, You might find it useful to take a look at the Linkscape Update Schedule in case timing is a factor. I believe Rand outlined the recent changes to the indexing rationale in this webinar Using Open Site Explorer to Uncover New Marketing Opportunities , but if you still have questions then as Brian suggested, it may be a good idea to lodge a ticket or email the Help Team. help [at] seomoz.org. Hope that helps, Sha

Do keywords in drop-down menus count?
Agreed. This also would have an effect on sitelinks displayed. Focused keyword navigation leads to better sitelinks.

Campaign Not Crawling
OOHH-LA-LA That pesky Amazon cloud. Maybe a big Bingo. I will remove the blocked IPs from Amazon hosting. I had someone from those IPs slamming Google Ads so I blocked a big range all related to Amazon. If the problem exists I'll reconstitute the block but for now let's see if removing them helps. OK - I removed the motherload of IPs and I will come back and respond to the result after about 48 hours or sooner if I see positive results. UPDATE: After removing the blocked IPs the site was crawled the max 10K pages. UPDATE 2: The Adsense slammer returned under several different Amazon Cloud IPs so I had to block the full range again as I don't want to get banned by Google. No money registered only numerous ad clicks. This is unacceptable so I won't crawl this site. Thanks, Don

SEOMoz Pro and Multiple Niche Sites
Gotcha - Absolutely correct, I'm just getting my feet wet. My initial campaigns have already provided some valuable insights so I'll look at the other tools and determine how I will use them to move my sites forward. Thanks again Ryan

Schedule crawls for 2 subdomains every 24 hours
Generally, I correct the error and then wait until the next crawl if I'm confident that I've fixed the problem. If I'm unsure then I may run a manual crawl using the crawling tool, however for me the format just isn't as easy to read as the weekly crawl diagnostics.

Root or subfolder campaign for e-commerce
Cheers. I have started a campaign for a subfolder www.designerboutique-online.com/all-clothing/money-clothing/ and a subdomain www.designerboutique-online.com, should I have chosen root here for designerboutique-online.com? Cheers Will

An error in the SeoMoz On page note?
Hi Jorge, I have not noticed this problem in my own campaigns. If you click the F from the first screen it should show you all of the icons, but only the F icon should have reports showing next to it. There is a manual selector at top of this page too so you can change the letter to get a different set of reports. There is a great explanation of how the On-page feature works if you click the Help link at top of the page and go to this help page. If yours appears to be malfunctioning, best thing to do is click the link at top of that Help page to Submit a Request and ask Moz staff to check out your campaigns. Be sure to tell them which specific campaigns it is happening with to make it easier to track down. Hope this helps, Sha

Domain vs Page
In the following URL, "example.com" is the domain URL and the entire URL is the page's URL: http://example.com/category/page/ Consider the page an extension of the domain.Your page statistics are going to be better than the domain statistics If you have a page that is performing better than the rest of the website.

Rel-canonical tag confusion
The tag should work fine with the partial URL. If you are still concerned about the warning, try adding the base href tag within the of your page. It would be as follows: <base href="http://www.aircycle.com/"> This tag explicitly specifies the base URL to which all partial URLs are built upon for a given page. Try adding this tag to just the one page, then running the report again to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then you know what change the tool is requesting. To be clear, the canonical tag you are using should be fine for search engines assuming there is no other issue. This may be a specific issue with the tool. Since testing the base href tag, and the full URL are relatively quick and easy to do, my suggestion is to spend 10 minutes performing these tests to see the results. If the tests work, then you can contact the SEOmoz help desk and report your findings as an issue with the tool. It could be a bug or limitation with the tool.

Is DA a reliable domain metric?
Do you guys know the Bad Neighborhood tool? It's a pretty simple tool and I use it to quickly check websites for links, dodgy anchor texts and anything suspicious. I would implement a similar method in the DA calculation.
