Webinar Copy
Yes, it is very likely that the company hosting the webinar will send you a recording or a link to an on-demand video after the event. This could be immediately afterwards or be a few days later. If you don't receive a copy of the webinar after several days, I do recommend to reach out to the company to request a recording and I'm sure they would be more than happy to send you a copy.

The Mystery
Thank you. that was an eye-opener.now i understand now that the SEO content and UX on a page can be great but if the interaction on the site is not satisfying to Google compared to competitors then is not enough.

Is paraphrasing tool reliable?
Several brand new accounts have recently come and posted here, with their only posts being ones that discuss this tool. It is a bit odd.

What would you expect an SEO agency to deliver in 6 months?
At least a very detailed technical audit of where you site is causing issues and what you can improve. Also a very decent keyword research to figure out what you're already ranking on and could easily improve. Then a plan + execution on how the agency is going to drive certain groups of keywords/intents to the top of the rankings with creating great content and how they're aiming to do research around what makes sense.

Backlink From Different Language Sites Will Spoil My Ranking?
There's no use in getting backlinks from different languages unless your site talks about languages, travelling, political issues in that particular country etc. The link has to look natural and Google has to make the judgement that it's valuable for your visitor. It also depends on your TLD (.com, .co.uk, .ru). If your visitors are mostly from Pakistan, there is usually no value in backlinks from Mexico for example. Moreover, you risk getting spammy links and thus hurting your rankings.

What would you study?
I think that the answer that is right for me might be different than the answer that is right for you. In the 1990s I used perl to code a basic shopping cart and used it for a couple of years. I collected non-personal data about the customers' purchase intentions and passed it to Verisign, who collected personal and credit card data to complete the sale. I used perl to code message boards, calculators, grade homework assignments, generate webpages from databases and much more. All of this was done before such things were commercialized and made-to-order by big companies. I stopped programming over ten years ago because it became so easy to get people to write short programs for me at freelance sites - and because age made it hard for me to concentrate hard on code. I can write the specs and someone will code it and post a working copy before I have to pay for anything. They get it done faster than I could have done the work myself - and at a cost that is much lower than the cost of my time. And, its kinda nice to now know a few people in Poland, India, or Peru who I can message through the freelance site to see if they will do a job for me. Today, if I used WordPress, I would want to know php. There are a lot of other widely-used content managers, shopping carts and other service platforms that use various languages. I would learn the language that served my platform. If I needed general data handing I would learn perl. I require most freelancers to code in perl because I can understand it and can scan the code to be sure that they are not transmitting anything. I can also tweak the code a year later if small tweaks are needed. If I have a really big job or a job that handles really important functions, I will go to someone in the USA who I know and trust.

Managing 404 Product Pages
The ONLY last thing I would add. I'm sure you will notice a lot of eCommerce websites will keep products that they don't sell anymore, and just keep them as "sold out". People still hit those products and land on those pages. Check and see how often people are hitting these products. If some of these pages have some juice left, it might be worth recreating a page in its place for a product that isn't being sold anymore and up sell for something you are selling. Or as Ricky said above me, 301 them. Don't just prune everything at once. Slow and steady wins the race. Make sure you know what you are cutting before you cut it.

Need help figuring out who to hire for this type of project?
Thank you for the respond. I like option 3 I like everything they offer. But I want it to be my own. Not belong to another company I pay. What would this type of project be considered. And how much do you think it would cost me?
