A simple link juice question!
You're barking up the wrong tree. It is an incorrect way to measure. It's a little tiny piece of the puzzle but you're thinking it is the whole puzzle.

How can I secure my website?
Well, to prevent information / data leakage you should certainly disable directory browsing For example, on your homepage I can right-click your logo image and copy the image URL: https://www.myqurantutor.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/MY-QURAN-TUTOR-LOGO-400x56.png But I can edit the link to the directory level, for example: https://www.myqurantutor.com/wp-content/uploads/ Now I can see all your uploads, ever: https://d.pr/i/C7DTY4.png (screenshot) I can browse all your folders, even some backup files. There's also some info I can use to fingerprint your site build if I want to. To patch this, usually all you have to do its add "Options -Indexes" to your .htaccess file I didn't detect a firewall shielding your site, which would make it way easier to DDoS if someone wanted to do that. Some kind of firewall or traffic offloading facility might be useful Your site isn't using an HSTS entry ("Strict-Transport-Security") in the header so browsers can attempt to connect via HTTP without being intercepted (though you may handle that via redirects instead, an HSTS policy helps). You don't seem to be using "X-Frame-Options" in your header which helps browsers to know, whether content from your site can be rendered inside of frames (on other domains). If you allow frame embeds, that can lead to clickjacking and stuff (though for some webmasters there's no real way around it as allowing their site's content to be embedded, may be a requirement) I can't really find any fields which seem as if they would be vulnerable to SQL injection, but I'm not really an expert at scanning for that kind of thing. I'd assuredly lock down the site from an SQL-I perspective, if you haven't done so already

Whats the difference between insecure content and mixed content
Another thing that can produce mixed content is... you have an https page but within that page your display images, videos, widgets and other resources that are brought in from an http source.

Combine Knowledge in SEO with JS
Well since you are already a technical seo, then you'll easily be able to apply your learnings of JS into it. Part of good onsite/technical SEO is ensuring that the websites are easily crawled, have minimum load times and are structurally sound. We had three people in my agency that just did JavaScript SEO. So it's definitely something worth learning. I think if you have a passion for coding then you should continually learn new languages and you can apply your SEO background to helping a company decide which platform and processes to use when building sites. Google Developers has an entire training course on JS SEO. Check it out. https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/javascript-seo-basics

How can I post content in Moz Blog
Honestly, I would recommend you hit up some of the people that you actually know on twitter that are connected with Moz. Disclaimer: If do not fit the description below under The Moz Blog I would not recommend bothering anybody. I don't want to put anybody in a tough situation here but I was told during MozCon from a friend I could post in the blog but I have been contributing to Moz since 2011 & I actually know the people I'm talking to. I also have never posted anything to "The Moz Blog" So I don't know if it would've been published or not. "The Moz Blog The industry's top wizards, doctors, and other experts offer their best advice, research, how-tos, and insights—all in the name of helping you level-up your SEO and online marketing skills. Looking for the YouMoz Blog View the Archive at https://moz.com/ugc" So my advice to you as well attend MozCon and other search conferences get to know the people personally. Honestly, I say this with a lot of caution because I don't want to get people writing in their thinking that regular content is going to be good enough. It has to be exceptional content and you must be an expert at what you're writing about. You could submit a draft I'm sure that the folks at Moz would read it and if it was a good fit I'm sure they would post it. Hope that helps, Tom

How to make google crawl our repository to make our site rank but make sure users dont go to our repository ?
Playing with indexation tags can be dangerous (same goes for robots.txt). Google should still be able to read the repo even if it is no-indexed, as long as you haven't also blocked the repo in robots.txt. Robots.txt is telling Google what to crawl, no-index is telling Google what it can or can-not put in its search results Of course, if your docs were ranking because of PageRank passed from the repo, the no-index tag will kill the PageRank of the repo (and thus all the docs which it links to, as they are not being 'fed' any more). If a page is no-indexed, it's seen as unimportant for Google and the PageRank is often nullified. Although Google can crawl no-indexed URLs, they crawl them WAY slower as they're seen as really unimportant with no PageRank (at the bottom of the internet) Why not just put all your PDF docs in a PDF sitemap ans submit to Google in Search Console: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1072880/should-i-list-pdfs-in-my-sitemap-file This will let Google see them all. But if their parent is no-indexed with no PageRank, they may still not rank as well as before...

For a parent blog on our website, what should we go for - Subdomain or Subdirectory?
I agree with this response. If the content is mostly under your own control (the main content is yours, maybe with some scattering of UGC 'comments' from parents) then go subdirectory If in the future you create an area where you have way less control over what is posted (like a forum, which is 99% UGC) then go subdomain
