About relevancy yes, you should include some variations of with Location Title Tags.

I prefer to use the m.domain.com for mobile sites now and deny Google from searching my main website.   But with responsive design we are moving toward utilizing the same URL for mobile and main websites.

I'm sorry I may have gotten it mixed up. I was thinking of the meta name=title. From what I remember meta name=titles do little-to no affect in ranking. This is mainly because you can always override your with meta name=title in which a user can just easily manipulate the meta name=title to spam keywords, while could actually have nothing to do with the meta title. Thus there is little to no affect in rankings.

Do all of the pages have the same title tag? That is usually what is meant by cannibalization.

Thanks for your reply Ryan. I am going to war on the bad links and have got over half of them removed already. There are one or two quite shocking examples of the manipulative linking you describe, and when I dug deeper into those sites I was utterly appalled.

only submit pages for indexing if they have unique and quality content on them, right now the current indexed pages of the site looks properly indexed with main pages, PDFs, and no duplicate parameter pages at the moment. hi, can you explainabout the DM, not sure what that is and if you can explain about doing a rel no follow, what would the reason be on this and would this be for the whole page. The problem i do have is, the page is about gastric band hypnotherapy and there are loads of articles with the word gastric band hypnotherapy in them, so this is a major problem when it comes with too many of the same words on the page. one thing that does worry me and i am not sure if it is my computer or if everyone is seeing this, but before xmas when i typed in gastric band hypnotherapy, or in2town gastric band hypnotherapy, then my site main page for this subject would come up as gastric band hypnotherapy, but now, for some reason the title comes up as gastric band hypnotherapy in2town lifestyle magazine, and also the url is showing www.in2town.co.uk and then next to it, health. can anyone confirm if they are seeing this as well and if so why has it happened.

Yoast dose a excellent job and it similar to scribe content however I do not believe that they are on the same level. For content creation this is my opinion and I'm basing it on the ability to integrate with social media and many other abilitys scribe has that WordpressSEO dose not yoast has some of the http://www.linkdex.com/about/features/ but not all If you look at what linkdex actually can do it is much more similar to scribe when outside of the plug-in and used fully then inside the plug-in where does the next one job for free plug-in it's the best for a free plug in. I think raven tools choice to use Scribe speaks volumes and I do agree with you scribe three was not very good. However scribe four is much different and better tool I hope you'll take a look at it if you have not seen it since scribe three. I completely understand your point and some people like Pepsi others like Coke in out. That both excellent tools and I would recommend them both to anybody using WordPress over you can use scribe without WordPress. The crawler has a 48 hour cache so you can trigger manual re-crawls via the research tool but you have to leave 2 days before each one.

A lot of "coments" plug ins will use javascript, which generally google is not so great at indexing. however, disqus and some of the larger players have "callback" systems that will let your comments get indexed into google for your site so you don't have to worry about it.  i would suggest doing a trial on a few product pages you know have traffic. that way you can test a small segment and see if it's improving the traction on those pages.

They are defiantly related Dan. Site A is for Primary Care Physicians.  Site B is for Clinical Geriatrics which is a part of the whole Primary Care Market.  Family doctors are always interested in the elderly. I just need to know what will happen to site B and its Domain Authority if I change the domain name and then add a bunch more content (about 2,000 urls).  With the Change will I lose much of my 58 DA? I have approx. 1500 products which can be hired from 80 locations so what I have done it first split the products up into approximately 20 categories and then 8 to 10 subcategories per category and then have 80 location pages for each Category and sub category. Each location page also have a Google Business Local listing as well. So , yes there is some degree of duplication as I have 20 categories x 80 cities and then least 8 Sub Categories per category x 80 cities I have written unique content for the more popular cities on the category and sub category landing pages etc but as you can see, it would take me years to write complete unique content everywhere… My site is currently 50K plus pages. I can’t see any other way of doing it ?

Hi Alan, Thanks for your feedback. In regards to thin content, do you know if there is a certain minimum requirement of textual content that should be on a page? I have read a few articles that recommend having at least 300 words for each page. Do you know if there any validity to this? I appreciate your input about the forum issues. I will look into adding/updating the robots file to block everything but the main posts. What are your thoughts on removing bad backlinks and how critical is this for Panda/Pengiun recovery? There are so many areas to work on but only so many hours in the day Thanks, Kris
