Domain buying
As somebody who knows a bit about seo when I see a site ranking with a multi keyword hyphen domain I normally click the next result. Exact match hypen domains are usually made by people who are trying to out rank their competitors and know that Google gives some weight for keywords in the domain. There is buzz going around that less emphasis is going to be placed on domains like this in the future but who knows how long. Either way, in my opinion it looks spammy and unprofessional however you will probably have no problem ranking it

.co vs .com
Also in regards to your hyphen question. For the same reasons you should try and get the actual non-hyphenated name. For example my company owns rubberstore.com but there is also a rubber-store.com which was out before us and sell radically different products. Our first traffic started arriving quickly for people searching for their product types. Now if you type rubber-store in Google you'll find our website first and not theirs. Hope this helps

Link building software
Good suggestions. Ontolo has a service were you can add your most imp links to, and monitor if those go down. However, it would be nice to get alerts, for example google alerts, when a link goes up, and also when it goes down. Ideal for all links per domain. Anything out there on this?

Alt Tags for random in theme images, and images in css/flash
I would go ahead and add the image alt tags Here is a snippet from an SEOmoz answer I found. SEOmoz data has found ALT text to carry a surprising amount of weight. If you don't abuse it, Google puts solid values on linked images and their ALT data. Found here : SEOmoz article. As for Flash, Google is getting better at reading Flash content. I am not sure if there is a way to do alt text but if so... I'd so it. Google Webmaster Tools about Flash

Http://angelasbacklinks.com/ can someone give me their take on this site and the packages? Thank you
I don't have experience with linking packages, but I do have some concerns about this company. The first being the following Q&A: Don’t the links need to be related to my keywords or niche? Not at all. What you are talking about is Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI), and the search engines just do not have the ability to tell if a site is related to the link’s keywords. Another concern is this statement: "Last month's list of Angela's links only had 13 out of 30 sites still working in a matter of days." Do you want to work with a company that choose sites that churn that frequently? The home page has a special for October, one of the package pages says it is no longer taking orders and to check back on November 30. Others can comment about link building services in general, but the dated nature of what is on this site and statements about search engines not being able to tell if a link is related would cause me not to spend my money at this location if I were in the market for such services.

Click on traffic sources, which source is dropping? A certain engine? PPC? Are the same keywords driving traffic?

Bounce rate
Have you thought about incorporating video into your message. This is a great way to keep the visitor on the site and have them do what you want them to do, like fill out a form, go to another page, etc. Video combined with autoplay, works great. After seeing many tests done on autoplay, it actually works. Anyways, suggesting that you add video was a bit off topic, but I thought I'd suggest it.

Acquiring a link
I cant find an infographic on this for you. Essentially every SEO will go about this differently. If I remember there are some template emails on this site?? To get blog and forum links, obviously you just need to comment or sing up and post... Getting guest posts posted you need to build a relationship with the blog owner. If you're looking for a quick win you could try distributing a few articles to ezines such as http://ezinearticles.com/ Tom

Link building software
You build the links with human contact. Once you've identified a site with a tool, look for yourself to make sure it's relevant, and then craft an email that is designed for that site. If you send an automated link request to my site about rc combat ships and you want me to link to window blinds, you're not going to get a response.
