could you tell me what the best and safest article submission software out there is?

IMHO, most of the submission software solutions are unreliable.

I am personally OCD when it comes to my distributions... so for me reporting is critical.

From what I've seen, the cheaper they are, the less frequent the updates tend to be.

Here's a free one that contains over 100 directories, pre-loaded.

I'd stay as far away from automated article submission software as I could. Do a bit of research on this topic and you will see why... just trying to help
