I checked using another tool and as I suspected it's an issue how your website is handling the redirects. Two major issues with your website SEO

• • Your URL performed 1 redirects! While redirects are typically not advisable (as they can affect search engine indexing issues and adversely affect site loading time), one redirect may be acceptable, particularly if the URL is redirecting from a non-www version to its www version, or vice-versa.
• https://www.keyhub.com/en and https://keyhub.com/en should resolve to the same URL, but currently do not.

You can edit SEO information for your Sitecore based website using this guide https://doc.sitecore.net/sitecore_experience_accelerator/working_with_content/search/improve_page_seo .

If you have rightly optimized content structure on the pages, it will be best to leave it as it is. The Google search engine will dynamically generate Title and description in SERPs based on the content of your page, in my experience that will be more useful for users and generate more clicks.

Your site is built with Wordpress, and when I checked the other languages it is giving 500 error. It seems it is a problem how the site multi-lingual setup has been done. Please check with your developer to fix it.

It totally depends on the technology being used for your website. If you are using WordPress then Yoast plugin is good enough to get you the Meta tags optimized for all pages. If you are using any other technology, then there will be different steps altogether.

In that case, You might have to look at the pointers given by the Moz team. The links pointing to your page might need to be evaluated and checked. Check if there is any change on the anchor text, linking images etc. Use the link explorer to check the historical changes.

Both Options can be useful, you have to make a choice based on following factors:

• It is good to include keywords in the URL, till the time the URL is not getting longer than 50-70 characters. If it's getting longer around 100, then get back to smaller structure.
• http://leye.local/restaurant/bub-city/location/ have a page? It's better to have it as part of the structure, if not then it makes just characters in URL and not an important part of a structure of the website. Fewer the folder the better, unless they have some importance in the structure of the website for a navigational purpose.
• Too much content in the URL is going to make it look spammy, but it needs to relevant and important to the structure of the website.

You might be right about Anchor text over optimization, try to give it a shot. Also, the pagespeed isn't satisfactory, it should be in the 90s for Mobile and 85 plus for the desktop. No harm in trying to optimize the images and website overall speed. User experience is given a lot of weightage these days, who knows it might help.

Really sorry to hear about your problem, this kind of situation can be a real pain in the neck. If I were you, I would look for a better CMS which gives me a freedom to do a better SEO. If you still wish to continue with this CMS, you should map 301 the URLs for trailing slashes to their working locations.

About the category (locations in your case), you are submitting too many of them, your URL structure needs to re-structured, there is work to be done there and sitemap updated according to that. For example:

https://realla.co/to-rent/commercial-property/

can be changed to

https://realla.co/commercial-property-to-rent/

I have analyzed the website in detail, the problem seems to be that you are not giving any differentiation to search engine bots between important category/sub-category(in your case different locations) pages compared to product pages (in your case property details page). The location pages URL structure and their sitemap submission strategy can be re-worked to get the desired results.

Another scope of improvement is in URL structure for property details page  **For example, **

https://realla.co/to-rent/details/0ffbbd0a1a1147edb8847c5ce6179509 should be https://realla.co/to-rent/details/Office-to-let-John-Eccles-House-Robert Robinson-Avenue-Oxford-Science-Park-Oxford-OX4-4GP

Your site structure is huge, and it must be getting dynamic links generated or removed, you need to be careful with the site structure and how often to submit sitemap.

The script looks fine.

The website cache is available on google for past 24 hours, please try to avoid re-submitting the website for next couple of days and let us watch for some time. I just want to rule out that whether it was a problem with resubmission of the website to google over and over.

If I am getting it right, you wish to understand the value of 'image links in a slider' as shown in your example website. The value of such links if the script is running fine and showing to search engine bots as links would be same as any image link. The value of any such link would depend on :  alt text of the image, linked website, placement/position on the page design, your own website authority in the same domain and many other such factors.

To summarise, the rotating links are dynamic sliders animated by scripts and hold value as any other linked image.

Hi There,

Your website is built on WordPress and it looks like that there might be spurious entries in the DB, which might also not be getting deleted due to the WP super cache plugin. You may try to empty your cache and install 'all 404 redirect' and 301 management plugins.

I completely understand your dilemma, it's painful to see a divided opinion of experts on sub-domain vs sub-directories debate; more pain is both sides are trying to logically justify their conclusion. We have faced such situations in the past and tested both sub-domain and sub-directories versions of the website, here are some of our own findings.

• Website's own structure to showcase to search engines that you are multi-lingual or a specific language domain is VERY important part of building an ML website.
• The main website's authority has a very little contribution when it comes to sub-domains, and some contribution when it comes to sub-directories. Ultimately, it is the content and its presentation to search engines at the right places what matters(to make them understand what language search should point to what content).

I agree with Donald Silvernail, it might be a script hiding in the DB or somewhere on the website. You can either ask for help from your hosting provider for a thorough scan or do it yourself if you have sufficient resources plus rights.

Hi Eric,

We had faced a similar problem with one of our clients, in the end, it was some scripts (both front-end and back-end) which were not ending/terminating properly and overloading the server. The script overload meant the server responses became slow till the resources were exhausted and reset by server mechanism.  To summarize, it might be attributed to some bad scripting code.
