Bing Places Listings for Real Estate Agents in the same office?
Hi Eric! You are right on that Bing's guidelines are actually pretty similar to Google's. Just wanted to take a second to mention, though, that the practice of creating fictitious suite numbers is not recommended and not necessary. Back in the day, Google did have the worst time parsing out individual practitioners or businesses at a shared address, with merged listings often resulting. This is no longer the case; Google has really improved in being able to parse this out, provided practitioners follow some basic safety steps like obeying naming conventions, having unique phone numbers, choosing different categories and ensuring that each practitioner has his/her own landing page on the website. The recommendation to create fictitious suite numbers stems from the days when merging was such an issue, affecting thousands (millions?) of medical practices, legal practices, real estate firms, etc. in their ability to list themselves properly on Google. But, these days, it's much more important to be sure that you're only listing a real-world address, and you can do so with pretty good confidence that Google will understand that lawyers A, B and C all work at 123 Main St, and that the listings won't merge, provided you've followed all the guidelines to the letter. Hope it helps to know this, and I hope you'll keep participating as we all continue learning Local together - a never-ending process!

Moz Crawl Test says pages have no internal links
Thanks for your patience! I took a look at the crawl test for www.nasscoinc.com and I've checked the site in our index, Open Site Explorer, and I do see that we have currently only indexed 2 internal pages on the site. This usually means that we haven't found enough high quality links to the site to consider the site valuable enough to fully index. Mozscape focuses on a breadth-first approach. Therefore we almost always have content from the homepage of websites, externally linked-to pages, and pages higher up in a site's information hierarchy. While we have found some external links to www.nasscoinc.com, we haven't really found any to the internal pages of the site and the links we have found to the homepage aren't very high quality links. For now, the best thing you can do to help your domain become indexed is to work on link building for links from sites with high mozrank. If you need help with that, you may want to ask the Moz Q&A community about it. I hope this information helps! While the site and links may not be indexed yet, give it some time - maybe we'll see it in OSE next month. Chiaryn

Feedback needed on possible solutions to resolve indexing on ecommerce site
Thanks Matthew, while I am aware of duplicate content on this site, I wasn't aware it it specific to some of the pages that aren't being indexed. I will do more research on this!

Is Moz creating a Bunker-Mentality with its Customers?
I wanted to let everyone know that we just launched http://health.moz.com/. This lists the current trending issues at Moz, any information we have about a fix or ETA for a fix, and a direct link to the page to submit a ticket to the help desk. This is not hosted on Moz servers, so even if Moz itself is down, you'll be able to go here and see what's up.

Google Keyword Tool is Being Sunsetted
Hey Eric, Try Ubbersuggest (http://ubersuggest.org/) We use this and find it a huge time saver! We populate our list and then plug it into Adwords keyword tool for traffic and competition estimates. If you're only concerned with suggestions and if they auto-complete though, Ubersuggest will do the trick!

Looking for feedback about "look-ahead" navigation
I think developers think too much about how their code impacts search results. It's the visual content that is most important to google. As long as it can crawl it, you're generally in good shape with the code.

SEOBook RankChecker Works at one location but not another
Aaron, Thanks for your response. I have installed what I believe is the latest version (1.8.21). I have tried to turn off Google Instant, although this isn’t as easy as I thought. They removed the ability to turn it off and replaced it with a box where you can check “never show instant results”. Even when you do this, you still see instant results. I have the delay between queries set to 12 seconds, so I don’t think that is the issue. My next steps will be to check the firewall and then delete my current extensions in Firefox to see if any conflict. Eric

Listing Categories on each page versus in the drop-down navigation; which is better for SEO
Thanks for your replay Marko. I agree that the home page needs a lot of work.

Are directories still an option for linkbuilding
Eric, Sure. If there are barriers to get in a directory, that will help prohibit many "spammy" type links. So a barrier made be a paid listing (TN, MacRae's, GlobalSpec & etc.), a vertical directory (where only sites that are contextual relevant apapera) or any directory that are selective. Personally, we have had much luck with ThomasNet (not so much with GlobalSpec). However, like you said, it requires a bit of work. If you have any questions about TN, let me know as we have used for many years.
