Since it is in an outline form to begin with, why not break it up into several infographics?

We have multiple screen cast videos being made that are the same all except for city names being switched out.

Does anyone know if this might be frowned upon by Google in the same way that duplicate content is?

We understand that some companies offering class c ips can still  be fingerprinted.. Is there any hosting site that does offer class c ips that prevents that?

Or is the best bet using privacy on all domains and then using multiple hosting companies, checking the ips they offer as you go?  If that is the case, are there any recommendations for the best host companies that offer the  least fingerprinting?

We do have javascript menus on each page.  These are used by a visitor to contact a specific office in a specif city.  Could this be where all these links are being counted?  I don't see them elsewhere?

What about links that are in the footer?  They actually link to the same pages as the menus, but are just  straight links.
