Duplicate videos

We have multiple screen cast videos being made that are the same all except for city names being switched out.

Does anyone know if this might be frowned upon by Google in the same way that duplicate content is?

I have no idea, it is possible to tell if 2 videos are the same, but having even the slightest difference would make that hard. My guess is that they would not know, from what I know I would think it would be hard to do and take a lot of resources.
