Unfortunately this has not resolved the issue.

For example, if there was a blog post with the URL www.moz.com/blog/how-to-fix-stuff then if French, for example, was chosen in the front-end multilingual dropdown menu, the selection would display www.moz.com/blog/how-to-fix-stuff?lang=fr**- **which is a page that does not exist, so I can't even redirect anything

A client set up a website that has multilingual functionality (WPML) and the back end is a bit of a mess. The site has around 6 translated versions of the 30 or so existing English blog posts in French, Italian and Spanish - all with their own URLs.

The problem is that on the remaining 24 English blog posts, the language changer in the header is still there - even though the majority of posts have not been translated - so when you go to change the language to French, it adds **?lang=fr **onto the existing english URL, and is a page not found (4xx client error). I can't redirect anything because the page does not exist.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? I have noticed it's also creating italian/french/spanish translation of the english Categories too.

Hi, I believe this is probably the case.

However, not knowing too much about breadcrumbs I am unsure what sort of 'offending code' I would be looking for and how to resolve the issue.

My recent site crawl shows 27 4xx issues on this website http://www.rrbusinessconsultants.com/

All of them are for 'posts' on this wordpress website.

Here is an example of the issue: http://www.rrbusinessconsultants.com/rr-business-consultants-on-the-rise-of-glassdoor-and-how-companies-are-coping/void(null)

The blog page seems to be creating links ending in void(null) which are defaulting to 404 pages.

I cannot see the links on the site so cannot see how to remove them.  Can anyone provide any insight into how to correct his issue?

I want to set up my Moz report to send directly to a client however there are currently 885 duplicate page content errors displaying on the report.

These are mostly caused by an item listed in multiple 'categories' and each category is a new pages/URL.

I guess my questions are:

1. Does Google see these as duplicate page content? Or does it understand the categories are there for navigation purposes.

2. How do I clear these off my Moz report so that the client doesn't panic that there are some major issues on the site

I am using Yoast SEO plugin on a wordpress website.  I am currently showing 70 Med priority crawl errors 'missing meta description' on my Moz pro account.

This number of missing meta descriptions has increased over the last 6 weeks. But every single page / post / tag / category has both the title and meta description completed via Yoast.

I requested a google bot to crawl the site a few weeks ago as thought it perhaps wasn't been crawled and updated.

Any idea what the issue might be?  Could the Moz report be incorrect for some reason?  Or could something be blocking Moz / Google from seeing the Yoast plugin?

I get a lot of duplicate page errors on my crawl diagnostics reports from 'categories' and 'tags' on my wordpress sites.

The post is 1x link and then the content is 'duplicated' on the 'category' or 'tag' that is added to the page.  Should I exclude the tags and categories from my sitemap or are these issues not that important?

I have a new client who wishes to rank in Google UK for 'Antique Fireplaces London'.  Currently they rank 49th.  They do not know their logins for Google Local (where they have 40+ positive reviews).  And have very mess social activity (which i am trying to sort out).

The domain is around 8 years old - website has just been redone (drupal) where a lot of the former SEO errors were corrected) but they seem to be outranked by much newer websites that have much lower domain authority and less inbound links.  My client also has much more recognition in online trade magazines and newspapers than most of their competitors.

Would buying some additional domains with the keywords they wish to rank for help? Or will this look dodgy to google?

Any other quick tips to give them a boost?

I've had a similar issue - haven't sourced a solution.  Also, I noticed even when you change the page to a 'community' page so remove the 'review' option - the old negative reviews still show via Facebook mobile app.  Did you also have this issue?

I am looking for a wordpress plugin that has 3 or 4 tabs that has figures counting upwards.

EG.

2011 Sales   -  130,000

2012 Sales -  206,000

2013 Sales - 289,000

2014 Sales - 56,000 (but continues to count up)

Can't seem to really find anything that does this.  I have seen the function built in to certain themes but I just want a plugin so that it will work with our current design.

That is the admin login page but I'm not sure about the link they mention Example: http://inter-italia.com/en/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

It just shows up as a 404 error - can't see that the page actually exists?  Not sure where Moz pulls this info from and if its worth being concerned about.

I've just taken over the management of a website and am getting 4x  4XX (client Error) issues.

I also see a lot of 'temporary redirects' due to multilingual plugin - is there anything I can do to fix this?

I have a google+ company page set up and have recently added a Google local listing but have noticed it automatically sets up an additional company G+ page.  Is there a way to merge the two?

Can not see any reference to this issue on Google Q&A.

I agree with Miriam.  I have had success with landing pages for different cities / countries with a few different clients.

Perhaps also try some inbound links from .ca for your canadian pages and .co.uk for your London city landing page.

I've used journalism.co.uk for this and it has worked quite well.

We are looking to boost a new companies online image fairly quickly so as a short term measure until we have their website, social media and blog sorted I wanted to send out a couple of press releases or news articles that will index quickly in google.it

In the US we use marketwire and PRweb - is their something similar in Italy?
