Can anyone recommend a good newswire in Italy?

We are looking to boost a new companies online image fairly quickly so as a short term measure until we have their website, social media and blog sorted I wanted to send out a couple of press releases or news articles that will index quickly in google.it

In the US we use marketwire and PRweb - is their something similar in Italy?

Depending on your industry, I know that PRNewswire has good reach and gets into a lot of Italian publications, so could be worth giving them a call.  Contact them on their US site and they'll be able to run it through with you.

Said that, Italian sites similar to it there aren't. Better said: there are tons of PR News portals, but their quality is very low and almost all of them have their PageRank discounted for been considered manipulative... hence, not really the best.
