DISAVOW domains by error
Yes, Resubmit the total file with the "good links" omitted. It takes a little time but Google will start giving you link credit again for them.

This page could be penalized as keyword stuffing?
I think you should reduce the use of the word "video". 65 times it's a lot of times! Good luck on this.

Best way to start a fresh site from a penalized one
Hi Claudio, To the question of "is it dangerous to start with similar content to the old site", I would say that it's very hard to tell. Some sites in some niches all have very similar content (think or real estate aggregator sites in the same cities - it's not as if they have access to different properties on the same market - they generally list the same houses for sale and rent at any one time). However, Google is ver adept at processing text to understand it if has been recycled or "spun" from other content it has seen before. If the original content came from a severely penalised website, re-using it in this manner would definitely not be risk-free. You would probably also want to take the old site offline completely as opposed to simply noindexing its pages if you were to do this. Google understands very "similar" content due to content spinning having been such a popular way to create content in previous years. If you can re-work your existing content to be of a fairly different length (shorter or longer), take a different paragraph structure, and be placed on the new site that is very dissimilar to the old one in terms of structure, this may work out well. I cannot say that this is risk free however, for all the reasons Casey has brought up already.

Site explorer Issue
Hi Cladio, Mozscape doesn't include every link on the web, but it does usually include links that are likely to most influence your rankings. Links on large directory sites, or on pages beneath several layers of navigation, often don't get included. It's similar to how Google may not crawl/index pages very well on DMOZ - it's a large important site, but there simply isn't enough link juice to spread through all the pages. (that said, our engineers are working on updates so fewer important links get dropped from the index) Here's how Moz Help Team manager Aaron Wheeler explained it to a customer: "Linkscape focuses on a breadth-first approach, and thus we nearly always have content from the homepage of websites, externally linked-to pages and pages higher up in a site’s information hierarchy. However, deep pages that are buried beneath many layers of navigation are sometimes missed and it may be several index updates before we catch all of these. If our crawlers or data sources are blocked from reaching those URLs, they may not be included in our index (though links that points to those pages will still be available). Finally, the URLs seen by Linkscape must be linked-to by other documents on the web or our index will not include them."

Yahoo directory listing issue
Don't get me started on trying to contact Yahoo re their directory listings! They sent us an invoice for a listing I wanted to cancel, when I replied to their email I received a reply saying the emails don't get checked and another email to try. That one also failed. They also supplied a link in the email to edit the listing - the link was broken. I found a support page, the captcha for the email for was broken. etc etc Agree with Broadbeach on this one, "Waste of money and time."

Press Relases as Link Building is valid?
Actually, one aspect that we forgot to mention was that the real link value is not from the press release. The real value is if any of the online blogs or newspapers picks up the story and runs it, hopefully with a link. http://www.prweb.com/ is said to reach many "real" writers. Have not used it myself though. If you use it, please share your experiences. Fredrik

How to remove non-requested, non-desired backlinks
If the drop started April 23 then it's not likely to be Penguin. However, it's a tough call because you could have had a natural drop that started on April 23 and then got augmented on the 24th. But, there were Panda refreshes on April 19 and 27th. I'm pretty reluctant to call it either without a real in depth look at your analytics. Penguin is generally a keyword specific drop, so if you can pinpoint that you have dropped for particular keywords that have been overoptimized in your backlink profile then you could go in this direction. However, the backlinks that you pointed out originally all seem to have your url as anchor text so I have a hard time believing that this is Penguin. (With that being said, I haven't done a full analysis of your site and backlink profile.) What made me wonder if this was Panda was that your inner pages have very little content above the fold. All of the content above the fold seems to be the same for each page. And then, the content that is below the fold is mostly brief product descriptions - not a lot that Google can recognize as substantial content. Again, I'd be really hesitant to go removing links in this case. If this were my site I'd do the following: -have a really thorough look at my analytics to see if the traffic drop can be attributed to one or more particular keywords -if yes, then I'd start cleaning up links that contained those keywords as anchors. -if no, then I'd start changing my pages so that there is more substantial content, especially above the fold, for each of these pages. I'd also go looking for other places where I could be violating the quality guidelines on page such as hidden text, etc. Then, once this was cleared up I'd wait for the next Panda refresh to see if I had recovered.

Yahoo Directory paid submission adds value?
Claudio, These are directory sites that have reputacion and Google knows that. This is not a link-building tactic to fool the search engines. Anyway you can check this video from Matt Cutts, and if you pay attencion you will hear him talking about directories This video from July 2012 as more interesting things about SEO. Check it out
