Explain me how you use keyword explorer for SEO
Yes, as in any case, you'll always adapt any SEO rules or guidance to your situation! Target keywords are keywords that best fit your SEO scenario, both qualitatively and quantitatively. In other words, what keywords are relevant, and possess metrics that match your needs (volume, difficulty, conversion rate, organic click-through rate, etc.). This will depend on your site, but for more help on target keywords, you can check out this course: https://academy.moz.com/keyword-research Thank you, and good luck!

Entities and SEO
Good to know I am thinking along the right lines The only thing I don't understand is what you mean by "The corpus isn't the keyword though, it's the body of text which you check the keyword against". My idea of for example is to take the word / entity "Petite France" and explain google which one I am talking about (as a human I am limited I only know of one but google has such a database that it knows many and unless I explain it, it doesn't know which one I am talking about, is that correct ? For google Petite France (according to Wikidata is a cheese is South Africa as well as area in Strasbourg (which is the one I want to talk about) etc... My question is how do explain the Petite France in Strasbourg, is is by using the word district nearby that entity... or if the word district isn't used in the corpus by the people that rank on the keyword I am going after it won't work ? Is that the idea ? Thank you,

How many topics per H2
Ah I get what you are saying! You are wondering whether to write about those pass-through points in your current article (under H2s) or whether to have a completely new article (e.g: "Strasbourg bike tour" as a sub-heading under "Alsace bike tour" vs making it another separate article / post) IMO you could do both, but only once you get enough experience and content. Let's say you had done one bike tour 'from' Alsace and discovered Strasbourg, and then later you had done another separate bike tour 'from' Strasbourg. In that instance, both locations should have a post. In the Alsace post you would mention Strasbourg, but link it over to the 'main' Strasbourg bike tour article If on the other hand you have done a bike tour from Alsace (where you discovered Strasbourg) but you have not yet completed a separate bike tour 'from' Strasbourg, in that case I would H2 it as a sub-topic under your Alsace article Hope that helps

If concepts are too similar when grouping keywords what do I do ?
I think there's a lot to be said for this approach, in general for content production. If you yourself can't 'get out there', there's always the option of temporarily hiring the services of someone who has been out that way

Content suggestions
Hi there! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! So, Content Suggestions aren't based on either of these - they're just topics that we've seen used on pages that are ranking well for the keyword that you queried. If you're looking to help a particular piece of content rank well, they are topics that you may consider including. The idea is that the topic content may be helping those pages rank if they're a relevant and useful. For example, here is a report from the keyword "seo" - pages who rank well for "seo" are also talking about '"search console", "seo keywords", "seo agency", among other things. This area can be used as ideas for content generation - for example, in a new blog article on my SEO site I might want to talk about Google's Search Console, keyword research, agency topics, etc, as it would seem that searchers are finding this topics relevant and useful. You can read more about Page Optimization and Content Suggestions here: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/on-page-optimization Let me know if I can help with anything else!

How to rank a product page
You can make product pages more robust by including an FAQ section or writing a more detailed description. If you are reselling a product, it can also help to include the product # or manufacturers id on the page as well.

During major update rankings update seem to be on pause ?
Hi seoanalytics, Could you please reply with the articles or comments where its said that? Actually, it happens completely the opposite, when an algorithm update happens we see big movement in rankings. They've said that they deploy several updates each week, but most of them are minor. Here that recent official tweet: https://twitter.com/searchliaison/status/1194365017073700864 Hope it helps. Best luck Gaston

How to answer questions when there no questions for my keyword
Well the questions you need to answer are the ones that your target audience are asking! You don't get Google Points just for answering questions! Don't fall into the trap of creating the kind of Frequently Asked Questions page where none of your target audience care about any of the questions! You see this a lot when businesses take a very internal perspective and forget who they're meant to be talking to! Don't waste your take creating content around questions that nobody is asking! There's a couple of things to consider here: 1. What are the questions you need to answer on the landing page in order to get visitors to convert or take the next action. (How much does it cost, etc) 2. Then there are broader questions for which you want to try and get a slice of the traffic (eg: where's the best place to hire bikes in alsace etc... ) If you're got access to search console you can look for queries that contain question related words ("how, why, where, when, what etc). You can also use these in search queries too. For example "inurl:how alsace bike" got me "How long is the Alsace wine route?" and more. Also, do take a look at the pages that appear in the search results for ideas too. Keep an eye on the related searches displayed in the search results as well. I have found that it's useful to have a friendly chat with the the business owner/sales people - they can usually (but not always!) give you some insights into the questions that are important to potential customers. For many topics, the questions that people are are going to be the same as similar topics so taking a look at your direct competitors or site's with similar offerings can help you generate ideas. If you've got site search set up on the site make sure you're capturing the searches people are doing there, again that can help give you some ideas. If you've got a chat widget enabled on the site, it's worth seeing if you can get your hands on the transcripts or questions that are being asked there. You might also consider carrying out a survey, particularly if you've got a good social media following / subscriber list. Doug.
