Hello Rubix, Saijo gave you some great advice, but I'm concerned about the fact that you have that page in the first place, and that it produces those URL parameters. It suggests to me that instead of showing a 404 error on the contact-office.aspx page (assuming that pages doesn't exist on that URL) you are redirecting the user who tries to access that URL to the /404.html page (e.g. /404.html?aspxerrorpath=/contact-office.aspx). Typically you want the 404 http status code to show on the URL the user is trying to unsuccessfully access. In this case instead of redirecting them to your "404 page URL" you would want to show your customized 404 message (and ensure it returns a 404 status code, use this tool) on www.yourdomain.com/contact-office.aspx. I hope this makes sense to you. If not, feel free to ask for clarification.

Thanks all, I think i needed to add a bit more.. I've checked the link above before but the problem is, when he visits the company page and click on edit,  there is no 'designated admin' or 'add admin' comes up under company page. However, i've just noticed, maybe his account is also 'admin'  status not  'owner'. Does anyone know how can i see which email address owns the company page? (Maybe i should just email to Linkedin?)

Hi Jesse, I use Chrome Incognito for checking search results, and I find that I often have to go into the gear settings and click Disable customizations based on search history. Do you also take that step as well?

Newjacking is an interesting field that is often overlooked. I think this would be an excellent blog  post discussing pro/cons and strategies (if anyone's has experience in it).

Sounds good I'd love to hear the follow-up sometime. If you can vary the anchor text or keep it to something like "Click Here" or better yet your brand name that would definitely help avoid penalties. Also try to keep the possibility of adding a no-follow to those links open with any webmasters you work with. You might even want to pick and choose certain domains to automatically nofollow from. That's what I would do. Good luck!

Thanks Lynn, The pages comes up under the main page link and I think if i am not wrong, they come up because those titles are on the top navigation menu. Seems like Google ignore the demote request and show the navigation menu list. In terms of link popularity, other pages have more links than those comes up on SERPS.  I will be testing a few things, if works, i'll share the details here. Thanks again,

I hazard to say that if the new product was in the sitemap it would have also appears in the SERPs. We submit sitemaps every day and products are in the index within hours. I guess the GWMT manual submission is okay if you need to manually fix some pages, but then it asks the question, how your SEO efforts could not make those visible to bots (via link structure or sitemaps).

Hi Sida, If you wish to go beyond the free basic Yahoo Local listing, you can get an enhanced listing for about $10/month in the U.S. I am not being shown UK rates, but here is the page I'm looking at: http://beta.listings.local.yahoo.com/comp.php Honestly, unless you have money to burn (and few small businesses do), paying the amount you've specified may not be a good investment unless your company has proof that your customers are heavy users of Yahoo! Local. There are countries where something like YP is so dominant that paying for inclusion may be worth it, because they are literally one of the only strong indexes in 'town', but this is probably not the case in the UK.

Assuming you're not just using cheap press release services and are happy to invest time into PR activity to improve the chances of it being successful, it makes sense to tailor you press release for the audiences you send it out to. Don't think of it in terms of unique vs duplicate content, consider whether the article is a good fit for the audience of the publisher you're pitching it to. If it isn't re-write it so it is.
