What happens if use PR release as a guest blog article?
Putting the same thing all over the place isn't a solid strategy. You risk confusing search engines and ultimately working against yourself.

How can I influence my colleagues to write blog articles for my company?
One additional point you could make to attract participants is that writing about their area of expertise can actually make them more of an expert. Only when we write do we really solidify our thoughts and opinions. By contributing articles, you not only "show your expertise," you grow your expertise. Hope this helps!

Moving off page blog to on page blog
Just to make sure you know, Sida - it's possible to migrate a WordPress.com blog to a self-hosted one (like www.mysite.com/blog) and still keep most of the ranking/influence/linkjuice of the original blog flowing to the new site. It's relatively straightforward to do. The benefit is, you get the best of both worlds - everyone going to the old site gets automatically redirected to the new site, so no concerns about duplicate content, and the ranking value gets passed to the new blog. This means the new site will have all the old site's content, so it won't look "sparse" at the beginning. It also means all the traffic going to the old site will automatically land on the equivalent page of the new site, so the new blog will immediately have traffic. And as I said, almost all the ranking value of the old site will be moved to the new site as well. The key requirement to accomplish this is, you MUST buy the Offsite Redirect service from WordPress.com which is what will redirect visitors and linkjuice to the new location. It's only $13/yr last time I checked. (1 yr is often enough) There are many tutorials on the web for how to do this. Here's a good tutorial from wpbeginners.com and there's a version with a video on Mashable's site. (Iin your case a couple of adjustments will be necessary as you'll be transferring to your blog in a subfolder, not at the root of your site) In my opinion, if you've got some good incoming links to your existing content on the WordPress.com site, it would be well worth the hour or two necessary to properly migrate it to your new main site blog. Something to think about? Paul

Backlinkchecker tool recommendation
It depends what you mean by backlink checker tool. If you're talking about competitive & research analysis then OSE, MajesticSEO and ahrefs are fantastic tools. If you're requiring backlink monitoring tools for your own projects I would recommend these three great tools: Raven, Buzzstream, CognitiveSEO. hth, Phil

Has anything changed www vs non www
There is no benefit or negative aspect to either - pick one and stick with for your own internal linking structure, external linking structure, Google Webmaster Tools setup and outreach. I also suggest doing a redirect from the one that you do not choose to the one that you choose. For instance if you want to go with www.domain.com, make sure you 301 redirect any traffic from domain.com.

How to calculate how much traffic and how much revenue we shoudl expect?
I am trying to select some keywords and keywords I selected i know that it'll be bring traffic but how would i know how much traffic it could bring and what revenue i should expect? There are only ten positions on the first page of Google. If you don't earn one of those positions then your revenue is going to be close to zero. And, since there are usually thousands of pages competing for those ten positions, the probability of revenue is really low. So, if you think that you are going to toss up a website and make a pile of money, it probably isn't going to happen. For most of the websites out there the only people who are making money from them are hosting companies and designers.
