First, let me tell you that a SEO-friendly URL differs per type of website. There are a few ground rules, but I strongly encourage you to keep the visitor in mind when setting up your URL structure.
No matter what kind of website you have, there are a couple of ground rules that apply to all websites.
SEO-friendly URLs for your company website
If your website holds information about your company and/or services and that is basically it, no matter how many pages you have, I’d go with the shortest URL possible.
SEO-friendly URLs for your online shop
If your website is an online shop, there are two ways to go about:
Some content management systems (like Magento) create both. In that case, use rel=”canonical” to point Google to the one you want to appear in Google.
The question remains what URL structure to use. In this case, SEO-friendly URLs should also be helpful URLs for your visitor. If your shop contains categories that make your visitor’s life easier, by all means, include these categories in your URL as well. That way your URL, breadcrumbs, and menu will remind the visitor where they are on your website:
See what I mean? Decide for yourself if your categories add that value to the product and URL. If so, it’s also better for SEO to include the category, as category and product are very much related.
SEO-friendly URLs for your blog or news site
If your website is a blog or news website, there are a number of ways to construct your URL.
Let's define your question, you are talking about URL structure and the best way to implement it. That means that the main topic of your question is your site-structure.
Let's take 2 examples
Both are successful websites with different approaches
Backlinko has 50 or 60 pages so Brian Deans put emphasis on short URLs and the structure is very simple www.website.com/keyword/
Yoast, on the other hand, put emphasis on the taxonomy www.website.com/category/sub-category/single-page
There are two main reasons why you should focus on optimizing your
category page:
1 Category archives are landing pages
Your category archives are more important than individual pages and posts. Those archives should be the first result in the search engines. That means those archives are your most important landing pages. Thus, they should also provide the best user experience. The more likely your individual pages are to expire, the more this is true. In a shop, your products might change, making your categories more important to optimize. Otherwise, you’d be optimizing pages that
are going to be gone a few weeks/months later.
2 Categories prevent individual pages from competing
If you sell boxers and you optimize every product page, all those pages will compete for the term ‘boxers’. You should optimize them for their specific brand and model, and link them all to the ‘boxers’ category page. That way the category page can rank for ‘boxer’, while the product page can rank for more specific terms. This way, the
category page prevents the individual pages from competing.
My Links Explorer is not working, Does anybody has the same issue?
Note
Google Tag Manager is a tool which can easily add scripts or pieces of code to a page.
You can use Google Tag Manager to implement Google Analytics and create, for instance, events.
There are several advantages to using Google Tag Manager to implement structured data. The most important one is that it allows you to generate tags, triggers, and variables, which means that you can apply the same code again and again on different pages. In the end, this will save you a lot of work. Google Tag Manager also features a preview mode, which allows you to check whether you successfully implemented your data immediately.

I usually use GTM+Schemas and it works for me. If you have to implement it manually on a small website its ok. But in a website with 5000 listing pages, well, in my opinion, does not make sense.

I was confused with your site thinking that was some Chinese, Indian or Arabic spam website. Honestly, I'm sorry, so decided to give you some advanced tips no BS
The first thing that you need to perform in to create an almost perfect On-Site SEO
This includes
Internal Links Structure
Internal URL Structure
On-page (Titles Meta Description and So on)
Schemas ( add schemas to your content)
Performance
Good content ( 1000 words at minimum) check this articles
In the real world, this on-page optimization will not give you any traffic no matter what others say at least not significant traffic in a competitive niche. A few visits and that's all but is mandatory for the next steps in your SEO campaign.
So once you have Perfect Content, Perfect Optimization, and Perfect Technical SEO, then you are ready to start your content promotion.
The first step on this stage is to create an outreach campaign to promote your site ( best tools to do this are Buzzstream or Ninjaoutreach both are great options) basically you will promote your content and your site using guest posting and outreach.
Another great alternative is to create a link building campaign using visual content such as infographics, pdf guides and so on. Promote this content on social media, and get social signals to your site and your post.
Also, implement a lead generation campaign. Simply add some Opt-ins on your site ( Optinmonster) and run an email-sequence to create engagement and loyalty ( Build a list) the best tools to do do that are Infusionsoft and Drip
If you follow this small guide, your site will be ranked and making money in the next 3-6 months depending on your niche or target audience.
The keys to your success are

That is right, both of them use different ways to calculate measure such as KD, Volume etc. The same case is for Majestic SEO, Ahrefs, and others tools.
Hi Trazo
First, you need to keep in mind that not all the schemas available can be implemented. So you need to focus on those schemas that are supported by Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook and so on.
So the first thing that you need to do is read the documentation above.
In the second place, you will need to figure out to implement. Add a plugin in your case is not an option at all. If you are going to work on a few pages you can use it. But if you need to deal with a large number of pages and listing you cannot scale if every day more and more content is added to your site.
So the best way that I found to deal with this type of schemas implementation is using Google Tag Manager.
So you will create a template for every schema that you want to implement and insert the code dynamically based on your needs. Also, this allows you to have control over all your schemas in a single place.
I hope this info helps you.

Ok, I got it, so first how these breadcrumbs are generated? I mean usually, this will affect not your SEO but in some cases, plugins such as Yoast can create the breadcrumb and also the schema for that breadcrumb in that case you will have to fix the problem or delete them
Hi
Seen your case looks like you have big issue, with your site structure and also with your canonical tags I mean if you have
Then you have 2 pages competing for the same keywords usually will ignore both of them
So first need to know to define the source of the problem, in my experience, this usually occurs when you don't set up correctly the parent and child pages, also you will need to check your site taxonomy ( trust me on e-commerce is even more crucial than link building) a bad taxonomy can ruin all your efforts, also depending on the size of your site can require a lot of time.
The best tool in my opinion (experience) to fix the error Screamingfrog, Semrush and Dynomapper ( this one is almost mandatory)
Good Luck
First, you need to check your robot.txt and your htaccess file, then check the plugins on your site to see if there is a plugin creating the redirections
Good Luck
In Summary. I prefer to work on the site structure first, probably because is one my main skills and I have been investing a lot of time and money on that. Donna Duncan suggests you make https migration first, mainly because is a less complicated process and she is right. Anyway, the main idea behind is the same. The best way to perform the project is one step at a time.
KISS "Keep it simple, stupid"
The new version of search console will show all the pages available on your site. even the no-index pages, why? I don't know, the truth is even when you set up those pages as no-follow and no-index it will keeping show you the same error. That does not mean that there is something wrong with your site. I would not worry in your case.
First, I will mention what Google set about your case https://support.google.com/
**Duplicate content: **Minimize similar content: If you have many pages that are similar, consider expanding each page or consolidating the pages into one. For instance, if you have a travel site with separate pages for two cities, but the same information on both pages, you could either merge the pages into one page about both cities or you could expand each page to contain unique content about each city.
So, talking about your scenario the best option is to optimize a single page for several keywords
First of all, based on my 10 years of experience working on technology, you don't fix what isn't broken. You can add some redirects to your internal pages in order to improve your internal links (improve your site structure) but there are better options to improve your site structure.
Also, keep in mind the numbers, I mean if you create a few redirections (less than 100) and you have 10000 internal pages, even if you made a mistake, will not have a big impact on your site
But if you have 200 internal pages and add 100 redirections, well, in that case, you will need to make sure of what are you doing. In the past, I had a bad experience adding redirections without a deep understanding of what I was doing.
1- Usually, of the author box on News and Magazine websites allow you to put your link, but usually is a No-follow link, the rel=nofollow links reign in the land of social media profiles, comments, and publishers. If that is the case
The true is rel=nofollow links will not improve your ranking, will not pass you DA, so from the** Google Index Perspective** they are useless. That means that if you go to your Search Console and look for the site linking to your site you will notice that Google will ignore those links. But this just a general answer.
Not every News and Magazine websites follow the same protocols, so probably some will have a do-follow link on author box, also that website gets some mentions, and probably those articles have some links on the body pointing to that site( I don't know). In any case, if the website gets 100 links from Trusted websites you don't have to worry about it.
