Hey Guys, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have already contacted the moz support team but they were no help. I am extremely disappointed with their service so far.

Now to verify the listing on Moz Local, they say that you either fix the Google Listing or correct the CSV so it matches the Google listing. - I corrected the CSV to match the Google listing. Since the FAQ states that you can updated the listing at anytime by uploading an we CSV file, I did not see a problem with this. However, After contacting support they told me that the FAQ was incorrect and that you can't just update the CSV, you actually have to also manually update the Google listing.

My Google local listing has the wrong information listed. We do not have control of this listing I have been trying to claim it, I have also already contacted Google Local help but it's a lost cause so far.

So I am asking, How are you guys claiming your Google listings when the listings are already claimed. Also I have already been submitting changes to Google Map Maker but change keep getting denied.

Any help is appreciated.

So basically, It wouldn't benefit me to use more than what I am already using?

Hey guys what do you all use for listing your sites? Current I use UBL, Yext, and Localeze. Would it benefit me to use more?

Also what other companies or services are like these three?

We manage multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts and were wondering what app or tool you guys use to receive instant notifications when someone likes, comments, or tweets on your client's accounts. Or, have you just changed the email addresses on your Twitter to have the + sign after it so you can manage multiple Twitter accounts through one email?

This is an issue because people are showing up at the tustin address looking for our dealership.

I have a business at "30 Auto Center Dr, Irivne, CA" when I search for "30 Auto Center Dr" Google search results will show a map result for 30 auto center dr, Tustin CA. It will show this map result for all surrounding cities and will only show Irivne, if I set my location to irvine. I'm not sure why this is happening. Cities that are closer to Irvine are also showing a map to the address located in Tustin.

Since Google is choosing to display this map result, I feel that this is causing me to lose customers. I have already done business listings and local seo to my current address,and was wondering if it would be worth it to change my address (My building has more than one address). Would this even be a good idea?

What do you guys think are my options here?

In your opinion, do you think it is okay to use Google images for your blog posts as long as it credits or includes a link to the site in which you located it? We tried looking at stock art for some license-free photos and had no luck in coming up with good pictures. What rules or guidelines do you follow when looking for pictures for your customers blog (or your own)? A lot of our posts have to do with "what to do in this city" or "Where to go in this city". Do you think it's okay to use Google images for these types of posts?

We are in the process of researching the best plugins and widgets for our clients' blogs. It appears that SEO by Yoast is most popular for 2013 so far. Any recommendations on which widgets we should be using or plugins for content syndication? If we use something like the Jetpack plugin, would this do the trick?

Since Raven Tools was cut off from the AdWords API and also does not offer Bing Ads reporting, we're looking for a replacement tool that generates reports.

Does anyone have a recommended replacement for Raven Tools? Specifically the analytics (AdWords + Bing Ads) reporting tools.

Very terrible support otherwise, I do not recommend Raven Tools for anything. They lie to your face about "future updates" and feed you BS. We were told they would get Bing Ads (formerly AdCenter) reporting but never delivered. Very dishonest.

My question pertains to articles that I'll be submitting to certain article directory sites.

What are the pros and cons (If any exists) of adding links to the body of an article for certain keywords vs. just adding a link to the website at the bottom (i.e. visit us at www.somewebsite.com) ?

How do you guys document keyword research?

My best idea for this is an excel document that is separated into different areas for the topics of the website.

Does anyone have any examples of documenting keyword research?
