I use shareasale.com to track the performance of affiliates. I think there is no best affiliate network out there. What works for you is the one for you.

RE: Do non-spammy authoritative press release sites exist?
prweb.com is a decent pr site. There is a possibility that you can get a link from yahoo news and other big websites. Regarding SEO benefit, it will be temporary as your press release will get archived pretty quickly because of large volume of new press releases being published daily. You should also use HARO for branding purpose.

RE: Amount of Pages Crawled Dropped Significantly
you may be blocking the mozbot. Do you remember the exact date when it started happening? If yes then you can identify and revert the changes. Also check your robots.txt and .htaccess file for any abnormal changes during this time period.

RE: Better rank VS Better Title Tag
I generally use heading of the landing page as the title tag. This makes the title tag relevant to the landing page and it also improves the CTR (provided your landing page handing is really Click worthy in the first place). I use business name at the very end of the title tag and never at the very beginning no matter how big a brand is. I also don't repeat keywords because they don't help SEO wise and make the title tag looks spammy. i hope it helps.

RE: Google rankings dropped dramatically after 24 hrs of hosting suspension
such rankings drops are generally temporary. wait for few more days. How soon you will recover your rankings depends upon how frequently Google crawl and index your website.

RE: Rankings Dropped After Redesign
Did you change the title tags of some of the pages knowingly or unknowingly? This could be one of the main reason. Other reasons can be accidental changes in the robots.txt file, htaccess file or incorrectly placed rel=canonical, meta noindex tags on certain pages. There is also a possibility that your website is hit by recent Penguin update or for over optimization. You need to check your website against all of these possibilities.

RE: Link building from keyword domains
a).301 the domain to the main site if it has lot of back links from other relevant websites.
b) if you run a blog on the keyword rich domain than maintain the blog. add new relevant contents daily. Because of your domain name you wont face much problem in getting top 10 ranking for 'ekspert tips'
c) Register this domain if possible. You can use it as a landing page to acquire leads.

RE: Google Indexed the HTTPS version of an e-commerce site
let the people redirect to non https versions. what is the problem here? They won't loose items from their basket when redirected from https to http version. And when they are 'checking out', the protocol will remain secure via SSL as pages which need to be https wont redirect to non https.

RE: Google Indexed the HTTPS version of an e-commerce site
1. it can create duplicate content issues and not a good seo practice.
2. You can 301 redirect all the https versions to the http versions and apply meta robots noindex, follow to the handful of pages that need to be https.

RE: URL length... is >115 now >255?
Google can index URLs up to 2047 characters in length. You will receive a 414 error if you exceed 2047 character limit.

RE: Does Google look at page design
Google can determine the screen resolution your website supports and can then calculate the contents above the fold through some predefined criteria. So it has nothing to do with the screen resolution of the end user. To better understand how Google do this, check the browser size tool in Google labs. The concept of above the fold used by Google is to actually filter out those web pages on which ads outweigh the contents as it leads to poor user expedience..

RE: Is Anybody Outside of SEO Industry Getting ROI from Google+ ?? Tell the truth!
How you can get ROI from Google+ when the target audience is not there? I work in the fashion and medical industry and no one is on Google+, at least not in that numbers where i can think of running a social media marketing campaign. Google+ is predominantly occupied by the tech industry. Period.

RE: Does Google look at page design
Google wont penalize you for duplicate web design. But it does look at the layout of a web page to check how much content is above the fold using page layout algorithm. So while designing a layout make sure that you have considerable amount of contents above the fold. Web design doesn't effect ranking position directly but indirectly it can effect because of high bounce rate and other user metrics.

RE: Someone is redirecting their url to mine
You wont be penalised for such type of redirect. You can block all the traffic coming from their domain or IP via .htaccess file.

RE: Should I update old well-ranked posts?
If i were you, i would have 301 all the versions to the page which is ranking highest for the targeted keyword and put all the contents on that page to make it a super rich link bait.

RE: Best Way To Get Twitter Followers
At the end of each blog post/article remind your readers to follow you on twitter. This work wonders. Another cool way is to pay by tweets. If you provide a downloadable resource on your website, then make it available only after tweeting about it. Make sure that your twitter button recommends to follow you, if a visitors is not already following you. With the passage of time you will get many followers.

RE: Help with Duplicate Content Issue for pages...
I would suggest using the canonical tag on duplicate pages until you come up with new contents.

RE: Page title getting cut off in SERPS even though it's under 70 characters?
When did you make changes to the title tag? The new title tag will appear in the SERP only when the page is re-indexed by Google.

RE: Follow or no follow?
No need to add nofollow to the footer links. Keep it natural.
