Thanks so much for following up! 12 update cycles would be for things like site crawl data. Rankings would not be collected while your Campaign is archived but we would keep your historical data.

Thanks so much for the great question! When you cancel your Moz Pro subscription we archive your Campaigns so that your data stays safe while you're gone. We do not collect any new data but we will hold on to your historical data for up to 12 update cycles. A few exceptions to this are rankings data and link histories which we will keep forever.

Regarding your question about Moz Local- this is a separate subscription and is not impacted by cancelling Moz Pro. Moz Pro and Moz Local subscriptions need to be cancelled individually so cancelling your Moz Pro subscription will not also cancel Moz Local.

I took a look and I see that MozBar is pulling in the DA and PA for the site referenced in your message that matches what is seen in Link Explorer. Thanks so much for the great question! We don't continue to gather new data while your Campaigns are archived, but we keep all your historical data for around 12 update cycles. For weekly updates, that'd be 12 weeks and 12 months for monthly updates. The only exceptions to this rule would be for rankings and link histories, which we'll keep forever. The Spam Score you're seeing in Moz is not based on your inbound link profile but is actually representative of the percentage of sites with similar features to yours which we've found to be penalized or banned by Google. If you're looking to improve your site's Spam Score, the best course of action we're able to recommend  would be to read our guide which explains the 27 factors used to make up this score and work to improve those on your site.

Thanks so much for the great question! I'm so sorry to hear you're having this trouble with the 5xx errors. To resolve this we'd recommend adding a crawl delay for rogerbot to your robots.txt file. That crawl delay would look something like this:

User-agent: rogerbot
Crawl-delay: 10

This will tell our crawler to slow down when it's crawling. We do not recommend using a crawl delay of longer than 10 as this can keep the crawl from completing.

As far as whether this is impacting Google's ability to crawl, I'm really not able to help identify that. I'm so sorry about that! The best suggestion I can make would be to check the server logs for your site to see how it is responding to other crawlers you may be concerned about.

Thanks so much for the question! I do want to make sure to point out that Spam Score is not dependent on your backlinks. Spam Score is  the percentage of sites with similar characteristics to yours which have been banned or penalized by Google. We calculate this based on 27 common factors we identified.

Disavowing links isn't the best way to improve your Spam Score in Link Explorer. If you're looking to improve that score, I would recommend understanding the 27 factors that make up this score and working on improving those: https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/spam-score

In addition, disavowing links will not remove the links from you backlink profile in Moz. Since disavowing a link doesn't take it away, it would still appear in our link index.
