You can see 404 errors for your own domain in the Crawl Diagnostics section, and you can see broken links which are linking to your site by running a 'Top Pages' report that specifies 4XX HTTP status through Open Site Explorer. However, it sounds like you're looking for the broken links on your site which are linking to 404 errors.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a quick way to get all of that info in one report. You could run the Open Site Explorer report from above for domains that you know you are linking to, but other than that I don't think there is another tool we have for that. With respect to locations for rankings, there are 3 things I wanted to touch on. First, when collecting your rankings, Moz makes no assumptions whatsoever about your physical location. The location information that we use is specified by the campaign settings that you enter, whether that comes in the form of the country-specific search engines that you're tracking within your campaign settings or the locations that you've specifically assigned to keywords for local tracking.

As far as these national keywords go, Moz is querying the search engine in a process that completely strips personalization from the query. This means that it's more representative of a national average for all searchers in the country, but it also means that you may not be able to reproduce these exact SERPs within your browser because your location is factored into your search results.

For local keywords, I can't speak to the exact method that we utilize to represent local searches, but I can say that (at least for Google) we no longer utilize cookies to make location-specific determinations.

I popped into your account to take a look at your Moz Local listing and also found your Facebook page directly on Facebook. From what I can tell, it looks like there's currently no phone number listed on the Facebook page, which is a piece of the NAP that we'd need to be visible on the page in order to associate it with your listing.

It looks to me as though this may just be a hiccup within the MozBar plug-in; notice that the bar for DmT is partially filled, but there is no value displayed. So, I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies, and potentially checking the value in MozBar for Chrome.

Checking the value in Open Site Explorer's 'Compare Link Metric' section would also be a good way to see if the value does indeed exist :).

If none of those seem to resolve the issue that you're seeing, then I would recommend writing in to us at help@moz.com with some more specific examples.

You're doing everything right! This just happens to be a bit of clunkiness that occurs between when you add your on-page optimization pairing and your next weekly update. Once the first weekly campaign update rolls through after adding your optimization keyword+URL combo, you should see those values populated as you'd normally expect.

Yep, that certainly can be confusing, but there is potentially a good reason for it! Allow me to explain.

The score within your listing report is representative of what our system observes at this exact moment. So, it is a snapshot in time of how your listing distribution looks. This means that if, for example, one of our partners had an API outage at the time which caused them to be unable to report your listing's status to us, then that listing would appear as blank within your listing report and be reflected as such in the snapshot score.

However, issues like the one that I described above are completely temporary and do not impact your actual listings on those sites. So, we also include a "golden" score on your dashboard which is calculated with the best status we've observed from each aggregator over a longer timeframe. This score is intended to give you a more normalized impression of your listing score which is not impacted by unimportant volatilities.

I would say that both are useful in their own context, but you're absolutely right that it's not especially clear. I'll see if there's anything we could do to articulate that difference a bit better.

While I'm not really able to give out the entire recipe for DA, it's my understanding that social signals are not a factor in this metric. Since social signals are not "link metrics", I think it's safe to say that they are not in the DA algorithm based on the blurb that was quoted above :).

A portion of these On-Page Optimization pairings are generated when your campaign is created to help demonstrate how the feature can be used. Unfortunately, the combinations are not always very applicable to the campaign, and you are currently unable to delete these automatic grades.

This is likely coming from the fact that Open Site Explorer is aimed at collecting links that speak to your site's overall backlink health and diversity. So, if a link is located deeper within a site's structure, then we may not include it within our index, as we attempt to focus on the prominent pages of authoritative sites while indexing.

If you're interested in checking out a full backlink profile, then I would recommend supplementing OSE with another backlink checker like Majestic or Ahrefs, which focuses explicitly on link quantity

As far as the On-Page Optimization changes go, I'd say that it has to do with the new grading scale, rather than the crawler missing elements previously. Along with swapping over to a numerical score, the list of factors has changed, as well as the weighting of each factor. So, I believe that the different scores that you're seeing are simply comparing the new rubric to the old rubric.

I'm not totally sure what you're referring to on the topic of on-page opportunities, but any clarification you can provide would be very helpful!

Hi Ricardo! There are a couple different ways that you could configure your campaigns depending on how you want to see the information split up.

If you're looking to see all of your subdomains included in the same campaign, then you would simply want to create a campaign using mercadolibre.com the campaign URL. This will catch all of the subdomains as long as there is a link to each subdomain somewhere on the main portion of the site :).

Alternatively, if you wanted to split up each subdomain into a separate campaign, you would want to enter the subdomain URL as the campaign URL and then check the box under '+Advanced' options which will exclude all other subdomains.

It's definitely possible for a page to be correctly flagged as duplicate content while a canonical tag is applied. This typically happens in cases where the pages are being seen as duplicates of each other, but are canonicalized to different pages.

While our index is rather large, it is by no means inclusive of every link on the web. We're continuously working to increase the scope of our index, which means that you could start to see more links included than before. Also, rather than a sheer volume change in our index, it could be related to the types of sites that we're looking at for a newer index update.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to report when a link was discovered by the index (other than in 'Just-Discovered Links' as Dmitrii mentioned above). It's certainly something we'd like to be able to accommodate for the future, but those changes would be a ways down the road.

With respect to a percentage increase, I don't believe it's displayed anywhere within the app, but you could find the value for that increase by dividing the new number of links (1130) by the original number of links (1130-875) and then multiplying by 100. I hope this helps!

I'm afraid that our tools regularly encounter issues with non-Latin characters that I would expect you would end up running into. Concerning RTL languages in general, I don't believe that there are any that features of our tools that make accommodations for the different order used by these languages. So, I wouldn't think Moz would be a great fit for sites in those languages.

There's currently no way to automate an invoice receipt being sent to an alternate email address through Moz, so Tim's suggestions would probably be the best way to go: manually forwarding or setting up a rule to automatically forward the receipt.

I agree that something does look funky here. I've never actually seen a site with a Domain Authority of 1 when we seem to have indexed numerous links for the site. There's actually a fresh index update scheduled to roll out quite soon, so I'm interested to see if the update has any effect on the score, as a number of issues with quality have been addressed.

Hmm that sounds like pretty abnormal behavior to me. Would you be able to give me an example of a domain where you're seeing that happen?
