Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately, we're not partnered with Hotfrog, so we aren't able to force them to share this information with us.

We've checked Hotfrog's API, but if they're not showing that listing information to us, then there's no way for us to display the information within your Moz Local listing. So, the best thing I could recommend would be to contact Hotfrog directly, and ask them to make sure that the listing is fully visible to Moz

Sorry for the conflicting values! We did just release a fresh index update which is available through the MozBar, but the update would have had a delay before being pushed into campaigns. So, if you were checking the campaigns before that update was published, then the MozBar would have been reporting June 9th data while the campaigns were still reporting data from May 4th.

With that being said, I took a look through a handful of your campaigns, and everything seems to be matching up as of now. But, if you're still seeing inconsistencies, then please feel free to write in to us at help@moz.com with a specific example

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion! The best section for this would be to head over to the 'Duplicates' tab from your main Moz Local Dashboard.

From there, you'll be able to us the 'Add alternates' function to list any other names, addresses or phone numbers that we should pull in for you

I'm sorry, but our current email system is only able to send all of the email notifications to a single email address. So, the best thing I could recommend would be to set up an email filter to automatically forward a portion of the emails to a separate address.

One thing to note is that our link index (including the Spam Score metric) is update on a roughly monthly basis. So, it can definitely take some time before your domain metrics are recalculated.

In general, the best advice for any link-related question is almost always to focus on cultivating healthy, relevant and authoritative backlinks to work on your site's backlink profile. Disavowing links can be a beneficial step, depending on the links, but it can also be dangerous to disavow all links to a domain.

If you're making positive changes on your site for the sake of your site and its content, then you'll see your Spam Score work its way down as a side-effect

Yep, this would definitely be a job for us on the Help Team to get this listing re-validated. Google has made some changes to their API which may have been the reason why we weren't able to view the Google+ page for this business, but it looks like it is currently visible to our system.

While it is rather peculiar for this statistic to have jumped so rapidly, it looks to be stemming from a more extensive indexing of the site's internal links, which you can see here: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=www.propchill.com

I can't necessarily speak to why all of those internal links were indexed this time around, but I do hope it helps to clarify where those links were being found!

While our crawler doesn't support rel="prev" or "next" tags as a means of resolving duplicate content, we do recognize canonical tags. In this case, it looks like the reason we're reporting these as duplicates is because the canonical tag on http://www.bikecation.co.uk/categories/cycling-climbs/page/2?showall=1 is pointing to http://www.bikecation.co.uk/categories/cycling-climbs/page/2 rather than http://www.bikecation.co.uk/categories/cycling-climbs.

As far as I know, our algorithm for keyword difficulty has not been changed in any serious way. However, we did just release a fresh link index update, and since the difficulty is calculated based on a number of different link metrics, the scores that you're seeing could conceivably be differing due to these link metrics having been recalculated.

I'm honestly not sure what KC is, so I can't really speak to that, but perhaps someone else can swoop in and cover me on that one

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Attempting to gain access to the Google+ page in the way that Patrick mentioned would definitely be something that I'd recommend :).

Also, there are a few things that we should be able to check for you if you'd be able to send your account email and listing info over to help@moz.com. It's potentially possible that the listing is validated against Facebook rather than Google+, but our system is encountering a road bump that has stopped it from automatically updating. At any rate, I'd be happy to take a look!

In general, Crawl Tests usually take around 24 hours. Part of the length is related to our current load when the crawl is requested, so you could potentially see a bit of a wait associated with sites of only a few pages.

In this particular case, it's totally our fault. We had a crawler outage, but as you have probably come to realize, all of the crawls have been re-queued and are in the process of completing right now

I'm sorry for any trouble that you're encountering with the Google+ verification process! Since we are attempting to offer a more affordable option for publishing your listings, we do rely on these external address validation methods.

If you're finding that you're consistently running into issues with the Google formatting, an alternative option could be to create Facebook pages with the address info as you had intended it. I know it's by no means a perfect solution, but I hope this helps!

Both Monica and Max have excellent suggestions! Open Site Explorer (OSE) can show you highly valued inbound links!  Do keep in mind that we can't index the whole interwebz so OSE is likely not displaying 100% of your backlinks. We start from sites with high domain authority, and crawl downward through links that we determine to have high priority. So I would suggest heading over there to check that out!

If you feel that you really do need a full backlink profile then AHrefs is a popular service for that feature! I hope this helps, and have a wonderful day!

On-Page Grader should definitely function for https sites, in general. For example, https://moz.com looks to be working just fine.

If you're getting that response from On-Page Grader, it's usually related to some sort of blockage. I'd recommend checking through your robots.txt to make sure that rogerbot and dotbot aren't being blocked, that your SSL is all looking good, and that the site isn't blocking Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In the case of the Facebook page, it looks like it's not being included in your Moz Local listing because the name on the page isn't a match to the Google+ page which was used to validate your listing. If you were able to change the Facebook name from Detroit Deluxe to Detroit Deluxe Paint Body and Car Restoration, then you should see it included within your listing report.

I'm sorry that you're feeling frustrated with the process. As far as the functionality of the system goes, the general timeframe for updating listings can occur in as little as a day or so, but some of our partners can take up to 8-12 weeks to be fully updated.
