Thanks for reaching out! Spam Score is calculated on a subdomain-specific basis, based on the pages that we've observed within that subdomain. So, every page within a single subdomain would display the same Spam Score. Without knowing more about the specific site you're looking at, it's a little tough to say exactly what the best course of action is.
