It is true Meta keywords are not a signal that Google really looks at in today's market, they are also something which are not worth wile as competitors can just copy your keywords.
Meta Title and Description are still advisable but.
Alexa is not the best way to track a website, it only looks at people who use the alexa tool bar, it is evident that many indian webmasters are using it.
I would look at OSE data for the domain, PR, how many pages and most importantly check out other articles on the site too see the pages it is going on...
Once a month we see an update to the index for OSE.
I think in the coming days we will see a few update so I would hold tight.
Or you can use other services to track incoming links to your website.
That robots txt should be fine.
But you should also add your XML sitemap to the robots.txt file, example:
User-Agent: *
Allow: /
Sitemap: http://www.website.com/sitemap.xml
Yeah their is a good chance they will, ideally you need to make different content which is local market.
I.e use different content on your US and GB website, many people make the mistake where they copy the whole site and then wonder why the US site out ranks the GB site.
The best case scenario is where you have local content writers making content for each market.
I think it is a strategy which has been around pretty much since SEO started, I have seen this done for soo many years say the last 12.
I saw recently for a very strong term a site was over taken by a site that has 1/4 the total links of the top site, reason been the top site has say 1000+ and they place site wide footer links for a term on all these clients website.
It is obvious Google is aware of this practice and is de-value these types of links.
It is good for the company but I guess because they provide free advertising and also links back to their main website.
But it seems to hold some value, overall the best links are within content, near the top of the page on authority websites.
I do not believe that iframes get crawled, this was stated from Matt Cutts numerous times.
Also on google help docs they state that they are not crawled:

A few important things:
1. Make sure you have the TLD for that country.
2. Make sure you have local content in that laungage for the country.
3. Make sure in webmaster tools you target that country.
4. Make you have links from that country, i.e geo specific.
From my experience hosting will not be a huge rank factor for GEO targeting, I have many websites hosting in the US yet they rank well in GEO areas, yet if it is an ecommerce site I would advise for local hosting.
Hi,
My advice is to submit them if they seem highly relevant to your industry, they can provide some small amount of weight for your link building yet it is not going to be hugely beneficial.
Some great analysis was done by Rand on directories in the past here:
If the directory seems spamy then it is probably not advisable to use imo.
Also for further directories they can be viewed here:

The best way would be to implement canonical tags on these pages,
Example from Google:
http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/02/specify-your-canonical.html
Best practics:
1. Use different content on both the NZ and AU website.
2. Target links from the NZ websites for the NZ.
3. Try to host locally for the NZ site (not a huge concern)
4. GEO target the .nz domain in Google web master tools.
5. Use GEO specific locations, addresses and contact info on the NZ site.
If the app isnt accesses by search engine crawlers, then it would not have an SEO benefit.
Yet it would be beneficial for Traffic for sure.
If the app is also hosted on a website or mobile site it is beneficial for seo.
You can do this in Advanced Web Ranking, where you can check say 3 different competitors over 40 keywords.
But I am pretty sure you can not do that in SEOmoz, unless you make a profile for the competitor.
Most things you have correct,
For the main header you want to link to terms which are keyword rich and site wide too, "celebrity gossip" is a good one.
Linking to other page is good but make sure you link within the content where possible too.
I would do some keyword research to find out keywords for the home page menu.
You can also link via the footer on the website so pick the most important pages/ keywords for the footer but do not go over board.
Further more when you finish working on internal linking I would also focus on external linking factors as they are important.
Hi Mate,
some advice:
Get more content on the index page - lacking text.
Check on site optimization too.
Backlinks go to photography forums, post into and build links.
Make a slide show of your photos put on flickR and youtube and other video sites.
Link to your site on social bookmarking.
link to your site via local directories for your niche.
Ask models youve photoed for backlinks.
Also work out what keyword you need to target before you start building links, you site still needs alot of on page help.
Are you getting these results when logged in? Or logged out of you Google account.
I have found that some times you see crazy data when you are logged out, yet when you log in the data seems a lot better.
Don't worry too much about Yahoo and Dmoz,
Forum on building links from the following sources:
Looking at Open Site Explore to see what competitors are doing.
Social bookmarking - Digg/ Reddit ect
Manual Directory submissions with link.
Guest posts on other blogs in your niche with links.
PR Releases with links.
Forum posting in related sites with a quality user.
These are some top level ideas.
Hi to be honest you seem to be relying on just competitive research.
What about some of the following -
Making great research content for your niche.
Looking for bloggers in your niche, to syndicate content.
Using Article syndication.
Looking for health based social bookmarking websites.
Facebook is good but really it has limited SEO value just social traffic value.
I wouldn't say so, if you use brand terms for a specific anchor text terms, and then you join that up with another factor such as an EMD (exact match domain) factor. Connected with correct on page optimization. Then you need to target only a percentage of the natural links you acquire to have the term within the anchor text.
You could implement the canonical tag onto the HTTP version of the website.
Another problem when having a quick look at this website is that all your title tags are the same with the brand term at the front, this is not advisable at all you want to put the brand term at the end of the title and your generic terms first.
I would look at getting an SEO audit done to fix the issues with the website.
