Thomas has a lovely answer. I'll just throw in that sites that have the top-level domain like .edu or .gov tend to have very good trust scores. Links from these sites will earn you more MozTrust.

I believe Moz's servers are in Texas, but in any case that wouldn't be it.

Do a landing page report to see what page/pages this direct traffic is landing on. You can usually get some good insight from there.

OSE (Open Site Explorer) is great. But Moz has another tool many others do not know about call Competitive Link Finder: http://moz.com/labs/link-finder 

It does exactly what you are looking for.

The Moz Analytics tool will allow you to connect your Facebook page so you can view Facebook Like growth on your account.

OSE does not show the number of Facebook Likes your account has but the number of Likes a post has received that links to www.transformationstreatment.com (or any specific page).

Same goes for Facebook Shares.

Like Kingof5 said, OSE doesn't do as large a crawl as many other tools out there. They pride themselves on accuracy not volume.

It looks like a large site, probably with many subdomains. OSE likely just has crawled that page or hasn't in a long time. Might want to take a look at the sitemap, see if those pages/subdomain/link to that sitemap subdomain are contained in it.

I just did a test with the on-page grader and the re-grade button did work for me. Changing one element of the page and then re-grading did appear on the test result.

Could be accessing a cached version of the page. I assuming your changes went live though your server, right?

The green (and the check mark) show the highest number for the given metric for the serp results. i.e. it looks like result 2 has the highest total links.

The grey (and other green shades) are there to show intensity as a comparison to the other results. The more grey the higher compared to the other results.

It looks like the intensity scale goes from white > light grey > dark grey > light green > dark green (check mark)

What Ray said is good for the content-side of optimization (which is important), but links are important too. If you want to start ranking higher you are going to need to start building links to your pages to increase your rankings.

As long as it is in the section of your page. Crawlers look for tagging information in this section first so it may be missed if it is anywhere else.

If you are concerned about the amount of code in the top head section, you could move all that javascript into a external js file and reference it.

I assume you're using OSE? It looks like rogerbot hasn't crawled the page - which why it doesn't show PA or links.

The '40-50' is the actual amount of links on that specific page (internal and external). The '1150' is the total amount of internal links on the website (up to 3000 linked pages).

Can you add the link to the page? Is there anything on the page that could inhibit Moz from crawling (meta robots, meta refresh redirect)? Or anything in the site's robots.txt file that could block Rogerbot?

It is also possible that Moz just hasn't crawled that page, therefore the Mozscape index doesn't contain information on that page in OSE.

Remember that OSE doesn't actively crawl your site when you run a report, it just recalls information from the latest Mozscape index.

Again I would say they both matter (follow and nofollow) but followed links are going to have a lot more value. It is interesting to look at the distribution of anchor text between followed and nofollowed links. If you want to rank high for a competitive keyword, you're are going to need some keyword anchor text from followed links - but not an unnatural amount!

The reality is that there are only that many internal links on that page. Moz is probably capturing all of them. If you wanted to increase that number, you would have to add more links in your content, header, footer, etc. Your site in total has something like 2,500 total internal links (between all the pages on your site).

As Jane as put though, internal links are a very small SEO factor only and really are only key in spreading link equity and PageRank around to different pages of your site.

If that page is in your nav then your are going to pass a lot of good equity on your site to that page. But you should also add other text links in your content with different anchor text to diversify the anchor text linked to the page.

Different ways to do this - best way would be to eliminate the search from your template in the editor files. If you want Moz to stop crawling your internal search pages add this to your robots.txt file:

User-agent: RogerBot

Disallow: /?s=*?

This should block Moz's crawler from any page beginning with _/?s= _after the root domain. Do a regex test just to double check your internal search URL and that piece of regex.

Simply in terms of internal links, are you looking at the page metrics or domain metrics? Could you also provide a link
