You are looking for the better option for the user? They are both simple for the user and both require 1 click, I don't think either one would detract a user. So go with the easier option to setup.

RE: Big drop in rankings, any explanation ?
One thing I noticed is that there is a ton of code on that page with very little content. That's pretty offsetting to Google. Not to mention way to many footer links. There are over 400 total internal and external links (100 is the recommended) on that page.
You also have a ton of language variation pages injected into the html. A good way to clean that up is to use a sitemap instead.

RE: NOFOLLOW Links: Can we 100% ignore them for SEO purposes?
Nofollowed links still have value (especially in the fact that great traffic links can be nofollowed), but you want pure SEO value. Take a look at Moz's latest Search Engine Ranking Factors: http://moz.com/search-ranking-factors
This is their list of the highest correlated ranking factors which include link totals (follow and nofollow) - look at #12 on the list. So yes, they do correlate to ranking factors, but they are a much smaller factor compared to the value of a followed link.

RE: Exclude parameters from RogerBot
Do your tracking parameters all begin with the same code (ex. ?utm)? You could throw something like this in your robots.txt file:
User-agent: RogerBot
**Disallow: /.*??utm **_Replace ?utm for your tracking parameters. _
Double check the regex, but that should work.

RE: Duplicate Content
Afraid I don't have any experience with Processwire. I would try looking through their modules/plug-ins to see if there is something for pagination tags. If don't have any luck there, I would try contacting their support or forums.

RE: Duplicate Content
I'll see what I can help with:
For the market sectors, if you don't have unique content for each of the child pages, why have them duplicated under each parent category (are there plans to add unique content)? You could change the structure of that menu box to just include links to certifications, equipment and case studies and then put them under their own pages instead of duplicated under each market sector.
The products page section needs the pagination tags not canonical tags. Rel="next" and rel="prev" tags for your series. The canonical tag should go on the view all page if there is one.
The blogs doesn't sound like a pagination problem at all, but a title problem. If there is some setting in your CMS you should be able to customize how your title structure works for both article pages, category pages, archive pages, etc. Change the structure to set-up unique names. Or if they are not important pages (ex. author archives) throw a "noindex, follow" tag on them. Again follow the same pagination structure: page 1 should have rel="next", page 2 should have rel="prev" and rel="next"...etc.
Tag pages are not important from an SEO standpoint, only really for the user if they are interested in seeing similar content based on your tags. If you are getting duplicate content on your different tag pages because of low volume then just noindex your tag pages or remove them completely.
Hope these make sense

RE: How do I view search keyword rankings for NYC only?
You cannot modify keyword rankings in Moz based on location (other than local domains for country). Google will always modify search results based on your search location - unless you use an advanced search - so Moz's rankings will always be a bit off compared to your localised results.
Remember if you start tracking "laptop screen repair nyc" then you will get that localised keyword for google.com. Kevin is right also, there are other tools out there that do localised data, others include Advanced Web Rankings and Authority Labs.

RE: Why does someone's FB page rank so highly?
I would a keyword difficulty analysis on that keyword and check the scores of the other pages ranking there. Remember that the root domain authority still holds a ton of value in rankings (facebook's being 100). And you're right, it's also grabbing some exact match text in the h2, url and body.

RE: Topical Sitelinks
As Marc has pointed out, you can't choose them, you can only increase your chances of having them appear by having the correct markup and appearing higher in search results.
One other thing to note is that you can demote a sitelink in Webmaster Tools under the "Search Appearance" tab. For each search result page, you can demote specific pages you wouldn't want to appear as a sitelink.
But I would absolutely recommend having Schema markup to have full descriptive sitelinks for search results, especially your branded ones. More real estate you can have in search the better

RE: Help anaytics not connecting...
If you are talking about linking your Google Analytics in Moz, I have had success with this problem before by removing my already connected account and re-adding it to my campaign.
If that doesn't work I would try contacting or searching the Help Hub found here.

RE: Why are there significant changes in the amount of duplicate content without any known action?
Can you look at your crawl diagnostics and see the difference in how many pages were crawled at each of those intervals? That would help diagnose what's happening here.
Thanks

RE: What does this message from Google Places really mean??
The issue is that two places listings for your business have been made under different accounts. Is your's the original and has the listing changed at all with that message? As long as you log in to your account and verify the message your account and listing should be fine.
This happened with my account that has multiple business and multiple places listings (some of which I know were duplicates and mine weren't the original listing). As long as I verified the account, nothing happened to my businesses listings.

RE: Contact pages coming up for keywords above landing pages
What I am seeing for "Nickel Alloys" is the page for nickel alloys under neonickel.com (http://www.neonickel.com/alloys/nickel-alloys/). This page is optimized very well for this and Google thinks it is the most relevant page on your site, which it is. Even if this page has less authority than your homepage, the relevancy of this page is why Google is ranking this over the homepage.
If someone is searching for nickel alloys and they get this page which is specifically about nickel alloys on your site, why would you not want them to land on this page?
The artificial grass is an interesting case. I don't see that site in the first 5 pages of search but if I search only under that domain, the homepage is ranked near the bottom compared to all your other pages. Was this page possibly just resubmitted to Google via Webmaster Tools or removal of a noindex tag? Your homepage has good authority and relevance so there is no reason I'm seeing as to why it is not ranking. Has it ranked higher in the past and been a big change in organic traffic?
Something I would definitely recommend is plugging in Webmaster Tools and check the crawl diagnostics there to see if you can get any insight. You should also submit a sitemap as well if you not have not already done so. This will help Google recognize all the pages on your site and increase the number of pages Google crawls.
Hope this can help

RE: Knowledge Graph
When you say knowledge graph, is it a knowledge graph box returning info on the company from wikipedia (such as when you search for "IBM")? Or is it a a Google+ Local box (like when I search "harper's burger bar kingston")?
I've had this issue before with Google+ Local. It happened because of duplicate places accounts for the same business. Getting the one account removed and the other verified (both location and website), got this fixed however. The box like the one for the burger bar is to do with Google+/Places. Also, do you have any publisher tags set-up? That may help as well.

RE: FAQ and CTAs registering as indicidual pages.
That's an odd way they set that up. I think you're are right though, you are better off just restructuring the content under one page to avoid duplicate content issues. If you have any external backlinks pointing to those individual question pages, make sure to set up a 301 redirect to your main page so not to lose any of those links.
Good luck

RE: I'm using Canonical URL but still receiving message - Appropriate Use of Rel Canonical
Those two pages look fine. Are those pages showing up as an issue in your Moz crawl?
-
RE: I'm using Canonical URL but still receiving message - Appropriate Use of Rel Canonical
All you need is to add rel="canonical" href="" /> to your head section. What sort of issues are you having?

RE: Tracking more competitors with Moz Pro
Your campaigns will only track historical data for 3 competitors you add (and social and keyword data). However you can use Open Site Explorer to compare any site's link metrics (and you can compare up to 5 at a time).

RE: FAQ and CTAs registering as indicidual pages.
This is odd, what CMS are you using? You could also throw a noindex tag on those pages if you want Google to ignore them.
