Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You should see the link to the Google Sheets template underneath the first screenshot within the article.
Feel free to reach out to help@moz.com with any further questions,
Best,

No worries!
You can add a directive to your site's robots.txt file as such:
User-agent: rogerbot
Disallow:
User-agent:*
Disallow: /
This will block all bots from accessing your site aside from rogerbot.
There may be other methods as well, which I am personally not aware of. Perhaps other users on the forum may be able to provide tips on what you can potentially try out.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Moz Trust is no longer being used - it has essentially been replaced by Domain Authority. We made an entire resource page about it. (https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority) There's also a video!
Here's a preview: Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines.
Use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time.
We calculate this metric by combining all of our other link metrics—linking root domains, number of total links, etc.—into a single score.
I hope this helps - just let me know if you have any other questions!
Hey,
Your right - we have heard many requests about this and we are still listening! Unfortunately though, the feedback you have received before would be the exact same response I would be able to give you today
One small workaround: If shared users only want to have notifications for a particular Campaign, they can unfollow the other Campaigns in the "Manage Campaigns" section.
https://analytics.moz.com/pro/manage-campaigns
I'm really sorry I do not have more information!

Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately this issue became known to us yesterday and was immediately escalated to our engineering team who are working with Google to get it back up on the chrome store. So sorry about this - we are hoping this will be fixed as soon as possible.

Would you be able to write into help@moz.com so we can take a closer look at this please.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Hey,
Your sites DA is already calculated within Link Explorer and is separate from the 'Site Crawl' function in a campaign. Site Crawl is ideally used to discover any issues with your site.
Link Explorer and the Links tab of Moz Pro Campaigns are both tied to our Link index, which is constantly updating.
Our index updates daily! Moz crawls and indexes billions of pages, adding fresh link data every day. When discovered or lost links are found, we'll update our database to reflect those changes in your scores and link counts. We prioritize the links we crawl based on a machine learning algorithm to mimic Google's index. Each day DA and PA will be updated to reflect this new data. This does not mean that DA and PA will change every day; it'll only change if we find new link data for a respective site.
I'm sorry I can't tell you exactly when your DA will update it depends on when we find new equity passing backlinks to your site.
You can read more about our new Link Explorer tool and our index here.
You can also read more about how our Link index compares with our competitors here https://backlinko.com/best-backlink-checker
Hope that helps, feel free to reach out to help@moz.com with any further questions,
Eli
Hey!
Thanks for contacting us!
Moz Local's validation system still uses Google Maps, not GMB directly. Each location must be verified in Google Maps for Moz Local validate the NAP details.
Would you be able to reach out to help@moz.com so we can take a closer look
Thanks!

Hey Lida!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our tool functions in such a way that it will find the highest ranking URL on your site for that specific Keyword. I understand your frustration, and it appears to be quite a common problem. However, as Randy points out in this excellent Whiteboard Friday Video - there are ways that you can try to deal with it!
To sum up the video: Is there an alternative relevant page on your website which you would prefer coming up for this keyword? Perhaps this page is experiencing indexing or crawling or content or link issues. (Rand talks about these in great detail). Rand then goes on to explain how you can bolster that page's potential ranking signals, or even to down-grade the non relevant page. If all else fails, Rand presents a final potential solution... Check it out!
To find the other pages that your site in ranking for you have the option in Moz Pro to choose 'Keyword Performance' from the drop-down (See image) and you will be able to see the other URL's that are ranking for that specific Keyword. This could help with the technical SEO side of things as mentioned above.
Maybe some of the SEO pros in our community can advise further!
If you do have any questions about our tools that I can help with, just send them my way — I'm more than happy to help!
Have a great day!
Eli
It looks like everything should be working now! Sorry about that! If you have any questions relating to your personal account drop us a message at help@moz.com
Haha!
I do have another option which may help in the interim if it works within your SEO strategy. Because they are all of the same type and if you're confident that you don't need to know about any of them, you can ignore the issue type in your campaign.

Hey Maureen!
First of all, thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience!
A few weeks ago we experienced a widespread issue with this tool which led to this error message repeatedly popping up. However, our engineers were able to resolve the issue.
I'm worried in case this could be a repeat of the issue. Would you be able to contact us directly at help@moz.com and just copy and paste your message there, we can investigate further and potentially escalate to our engineers should the issue not resolve itself.
Thanks - Looking forward to hearing from you,
Eli

In order to track a new site you would indeed need to create a new campaign. You can do that here https://analytics.moz.com/campaigns/new . Each campaign tracks the exact URL entered when it's created.
Unfortunately you would not be able to validate us by IP address alone as we do not use a static IP address or range of IP addresses, as we have designed our crawler to have a dynamic approach. This means we use thousands of dynamic IP addresses which will change each time we run a crawl. We believe that this approach gives us the best dynamic view of the web!
However, one alternative I'd be able to suggest would be to identify our crawler by User-agent: rogerbot. You can read more about rogerbot in our guide. It's also worth pointing out that your site would need to be publicly available for our crawler to reach and crawl it.
I hope this helps, please do let me know if you would like more clarification or have any other queries.
You're welcome to reach out to help@moz.com if it's easier!
Eli
Hey Thomas!
I understand what your saying, unfortunately, I'm unable to offer any specific discount plans, I'm really sorry about that!
At the moment, we only offer a 75% discount to nonprofits with proof of 501(c)(3) status, as well as a 20% discount for customers who sign up annually for Moz Pro (https://moz.com/products/pro/pricing).
Eli
Hey Adam!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Your website works perfectly at www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk and our crawler would have no problem accessing that page, however, your Campaign is set up to track the following site: bluerinsevintage.co.uk
https://www.screencast.com/t/lfDM1Zxjbzw
When we try to access that site in the browser I get the following error message:
https://www.screencast.com/t/qLHhbQcH
Our Crawler will always start from the HTTP seed laid out in your Campaign Settings e.g. bluerinsevintage.co.uk, and once it successfully reaches that page it should then be redirected to www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk
Perhaps someone on this forum or an external web developer/administrator would be able to advise on how to remove this shopify error message? Once this is sorted out, we should be able to crawl your site successfully
Let me know if you have any other questions!
For general troubleshooting of crawler issues please check our guide https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/site-crawl/crawl-troubleshooting

Unfortunately there is no way to track local keywords within Keyword Explorer. Alternatively you can add "Local Keywords" from the Add & Manage Keywords tab in the Rankings section of your Campaign. Just input the list of keywords that you would like to track for a particular locale and then select the checkbox next to the "Track locally" option. From there, a location field will expand and you can enter your preferred locales there. Here is a screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/SeMOoDgvWhLO
The locales we include are specific to the Google search engine only, and our list is based on a finite postal code database, so you may not see every locale you would like to track in the list. It is helpful to be very specific when entering the locale and it can help to include a specific neighborhood, state, or county name when entering the locale (e.g. Melbourne, Victoria vs. Melbourne, Australia).
You can also add a new locale for any keywords you are tracking for a different locale by selecting from your existing list of keywords here: http://www.screencast.com/t/okZd9Cuj. Each keyword can be tracked nationally and across multiple locations.
Please note that if you track keywords nationally and locally, or across multiple locales, each location will count as a separate keyword in your total keyword limit.
You can read more why to track local keywords in our guide.
And more about how to track local keywords, also in our guide.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
Have a great day!
Eli
Hey!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our keyword tools are only going to be showing data for keywords ranking in the top 50 spots in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). We do this by design because in general, most people searching on a search engine typically do not click past the 5th page of SERP results. Additionally, beyond the first 30 or so results, SERPs tend to get incredibly volatile. So, reporting on these types of fluctuations starts to be less meaningful overall, which is why we're only going to be showing you data for the areas we'd consider to be in your best interest to focus on.
Ultimately Keyword Research can take place in many forms, and many different tools (which you can trust) can be used together for you to pinpoint which Keywords to go for.
I hope that helps,
Eli
