If your goal is keyword research only you want to use exact match and use the keyword tool for ideas. Seo rankings on a keyword is like a exact match in adwords.

If you are using it to find new words i would use the modifier + match type

broad modifier used before every word- ie  +kw1 +kw2 does the same thing as a phrase but allows mixing of order and words in the middle of the string of keywords

broad modifier before one keyword - ie kw1 +kw2 will allow google to treat the first keyword as broad and change it for like terms but second keyword always stays the same.

I would not add it to every page - Also it looks very spammy to have it that long

Use keywords in urls to signal google what the page is about

It all depends on the strength of the sites not if its a blog or edu -If you can get on 100 blogs in your industry that people actually read not just seo sites and they have strong DA You should go with the real marketing (blogs in this case).

It is believed that bounce rate and ctr do play as ranking factors - how much is yet to be determined

no +kw2 would do the same as a phrase match

broad modifier only helps when you have more then one keyword

I think it is normal to have some strong sites in other niches link to you  and it would help to have such guest posts on quality sites-

just make sure the content of the piece is niche related somehow

(dont look at just domain authority you want a strong quality site)

as long as most your links are from your niche and you don't abuse that practice it should help you.

For phone calls you can setup 3rd party call tracking that can do this look at services like callrail.com or https://www.mongoosemetrics.com/

Got the issue - you can add a dynamic number changer to your main site but you would need to add a tag to all urls from site a to site b to make it work .

I believe that is still in beat testing you can talk to your account rep to get in on that beta.
