You have a few link juice leaks though unessasary 301 redirects, every 301 leaks link juice so if you dont need then youy should avoid.

you have added a "/" using a 301, but why not link directly to the final url in the first place and stop the leak.

you see the diff in capitalization, you need to link directly to the final url again. if i was you i would 301 all urls to lowercase, the it is easy to remember how to write them when making links, others will also generaly link to you using lowere case

Well you want to see them as they are considered for ranking. If for ranking a subdomain link is considered an internal link then yes, thats how WMT should report it.

but it makes one think,about the old question  about how google handles subdomains(for rankings). when does it see them as the same site and when does it see them as seperate.
I am guesisng they already do rank sites using the rules in article. I look after a site that has nothing more then a home, about, search and contact page on root domain, with several sub-domains. yet the home page ranks well for all the subdomains catgories.

I get your point, what they dont make clear is if you only list the root domain then how do they know you own the sub domains also, aer you to put the same verification code in each site?

And if they are going to see then as the same site are they going to sdee them that way for ranking? or do they already for that reason?

Earlier this month Google announced that sub-domains are now
be treated as one site. At first I thought this was good news as I like to use
sub-domains for separation of categories and the like. But what about links
from one sub-domain to the other, they uised to be external links now they are
internal links. If you don’t have many external links, I would say that the
cross sub-domain links would have been important, if you have a lot of external
links then the flow of link juice would be of more benefit. I think overall its
is a good thing.

I doubt if phone users are serious buyers. I would make sure you have a lot of other things in place before worring too much about making money from phone users. If you have the 98% under conrol, then you can spend time and effort chacing the remaining 2%

My rule of thumb is you should get 10% clicks to be average. you are only getting about 6%. so You have a bad conversion rate. You would need to let us know what the keyword is and your site, so we can look at the conversion factors.

No it will no be a problem. Even if the search results show duplicate content, to show a sample of pages is fine.

And by the way, you still leak link juice wether it is no-follow or not. The only difference is where the link juice goes. To the other site, or up in smoke.

But Matt Cutts has stated that paying for a review is ok. In fact a directory that charges for a review and does not accept just anyone is better.

Unless you are international, i dont see much difference in the SEO. Obviously you want to include some local keywords, list yourself in loacl directories, but apart from that i think the approch is much the same.

When a local searcher in dallas texas searches for "accountant" seacrch engines know what city he is in, and will show maps a give local sites an advanatge. If the same searcher enters accountent new york, it will sjow maps for New York and give new york sites and advanatge in results.

By promoting your site, you are promoting it localy by default.

If its just images not a problem, ifits a plug in phto slider ot gallary think, then you may have lots of ugly SE unfriendly code.

A good idea is to have an image then have a trsansparnt section over part of the image with text , this way you get to double up on space.
