I would use a div, thats what they are for, a H1 tells the SE what the page is about, and i would not move anything of screen, SE's see that as spaming
I only just re-read and see you are using wordpress, i know little about word press, i can only answer to how i do things.
I would use a strait image, so you can use the alt tag for SEO
I would make the title and h1 unique
I would not move any text off screen.

I would be worried that the js links are using linkjuice but not delivering it to the page, it may be evaperating

As for link sculpting, linksculpting with no-follow is dead, but you shoudl be worried where your link jucie flows. using the flat linking structure as rank has bloged about is the best mathmaticly, but you need to also consider users.

The long and the short of it is
link to and from the home page to every page
link to landing pages from as many links as posible.

what you accomplish is pushing your sites rank onto selcted pages

what about title? that certainly should not be the same.

what you do not want is a links to every page from every page.

I assume you are selling though somesort of franchise and you product content is supplied to you.
You need to create original content for them all.

Also sitemaps should not contain every page, they should only contain your most impoartatnt pages. see whitboad friday with Duane Forrester from Bing, still on seomoz front page

If making orginal content for all pages is too hard, have some summery pages from each category and get them to rank.

while your proiduct pages used to be in the index, they probably did not rank well asn theyy were duplicates, but they would of been usefull for linksculpting, only pages in the index can be used for link sculpting

Repeating the company name is not likly any bemifit, i would use a secondary keyword.
I would also use a flat linking stucture, link all pages from the home page if you can, every other page sould link back to the home page, but not all pages. Obviously you would need to break this rule, but as close as you can keep to it is best.

i dont know what technology you are developing the site with, but ASP.MVC is perfect for this sort of url stucture and pumps out very clean code for seo

if its that close i agree also the word properties in your domain would help.

I can not see a average sized image being a load time problem.

Are your pages relative, if so i think that would be enouth. I believe in imperfect SEO, being too optimized may look a bit suss. i believe that looking natural is important

It would seem its your linking that os the problem, ppages linked from every page are going to rank better. You should look into link sculpting and decide on a linking statagy for your site

do you rank on arabic google, if there is one?

are the in arabic or using western characters?

do you rank iin bing?

dont keyword stuff, also i believe that your keyword is diluted if you have too many words. if your keyword is 2 words and the title is 3 words, then you are using 66% of the toitle, if you have 10 words then you are only using 20%. Keep it short
Having a long spamminfg title will not help you get conversions either. People like a nice neat to the point title to click on.

Yes it is good to get variations, but google aslready knows them, if you put SEO, it knows you also mean Search Engine Optimization, so its not like you wont rank for them, you will always rank higher for the variation you use.
but the most imporatant think is, do not go un-natural in order to fit in keywords. Keyword stuffing is a real worrie.
If you cant fit them in without sounding wierd, dont do it. Swaping terms each time you mention the same object can be un-natural. you would not be the first to do it and it would not be the first time SE's have seen it

no not at all. but i would not worrie, as there is little info on them they are not really going to do much for you, when they are filled in, they will no longer be duplicates.
If they only ave a phhone number and title, they are not going to do anythiung for you

more pages the better, but use link sculpting the make the most of them, one thing to keep in mind is that its one think to make landing pages that get users, but its another to move them to tbe money making pages to make a sale

I have used linxboss, this seems like much the same thing. This type of links do not have much PR to pass, but they do give link text diversity,a nd domain diversity
