Our Rankings ran into these unexpected outage issues last week. Unfortunately, Google has changed the way that they present rankings information, so we have had to make some changes to our collection in order to keep up with these changes, I'm afraid that this has caused some issues with providing the real time data for our Rankings and the Keyword Difficulty tool is also currently unresponsive. Our engineers are working tirelessly through this holiday weekend to fix this for you.  At this time, unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for when that tool will be up and running again. I thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue and I will update you when I have any further information for you. I am hoping for an ETA soon.

Hello Bart, thanks for reaching out to us! It looks like this address returns a 302 when we try to get access to this particular page. This is why the tool isn't working with your site. I think this is caused by the way the page is redirected, possibly in a loop. If you are able to address this or need extra help figuring this issue out, feel free to email help@Moz.com so we can dig a bit further and find the exact cause

Thanks for the heads up. I have seen this happen a few times in the past when the account was temporarily suspended because of payment method changes. Our engineers can likely update this for you in the back end. The best step would be to create a ticket with our help team by emailing this issue to help@seomoz.org. Ask for Abe in the subject line and include the login email and campaign name in the content window. I'll have them take a look at this as soon as possible

Can you quickly submit your account email and campaign name to help@seomoz.org so we can take a look at this? We are not aware of any Rankings outgoes to my knowledge.

First, make sure you are entering the full: www.bayofislandsinformation.co.nz as your subdomain. Also, if you are just seeing a popup saying that the address "doesn't respond to web requests"... simply click through that message. It is purely precautionary and your full crawl should still take place.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I will attempt to clarify the differences between the two. OSE shows that specific page's link metrics at the top where you are seeing those numbers under "Page Link Metrics" (in this case, the home page for that domain). Mozbar shows the metrics for that entire domain, which is not something we display in the information at that top area of OSE.

To get information on the links Mozbar is finding, you can export the CSV from OSE and make sure to include 'All links from the entire root domain" from the drop down options before exporting that report. This will show you 25 links per domain, giving you much more information then you are seeing in the top display metrics of OSE. I hope this helps!

To answer your question, the results change often for Keyword Difficulty because the algorithm is based on the other sites in the top results that the keyword is competing with. For example, a site other than your site goes down in rankings or Domain Authority, the Keyword Difficulty percentage would change because of this. There are several factors involved in the algorithm we use, but I find this the easiest way to explain it. Does this help?

I am sorry that our campaign tools is currently having a difficult time connecting to your Google Analytics account. Google goes through a process called Oauth when it comes to authorizing access of services that are linked to your Google account. You can read about it here: https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth#AuthProcess

Without going into too much technical stuff that makes our heads hurt, when we make a request to give us access to GA, a token is created to allow access of service. Under any single Google account there are about 20 tokens account wide, those tokens are used to provide access for a variety of services from Gmail to apps on your phone. Once you hit the limit, the system automatically revokes the oldest token to provide a new one, that process is a smooth transition most of time, however sometimes the token refresh process stalls which leads to this result.

In the future iterations of our tool, we are working on ways to improve this process, however in the mean time, you could manually revoke your tokens and make room for new ones on your account:

• Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using.
• Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on the screen shoot) for services that you are not using right now. http://screencast.com/t/sQiHRaoc003
• Once you done that simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect. You can find more information here: http://www.seomoz.org/help/traffic-data.

This absolutely sounds buggy to me. Thanks for the heads up! Can you send this explanation of the issue with the CSV attached to help@Moz.com? From there, we will peek at this with our engineers and figure out the cause of the inconsistencies and conflicting data.  The fact that it doesn't happen with every item is definitely an indicator that something is weird.

A small portion of our members were effected by this delay and we are doing everything we can to make sure this doesn't take place again (including physically adding faster servers). All rankings have been requeued and should be populating soon.

Hello Zouhour, we found out last week that a lot of members that are seeing this error don't need that message at the top. We are working on removing this now. You will notice in most cases the traffic is still collecting regardless of that pesky message at the top. We apologize for the inconvenience and I assure you the message will disappear soon.

Hello George, I'd love to help! That 799 number you are seeing is the Total Linking Pages number, meaning external pages from other websites linking to you, as well. After peeking at your site, you do in fact only have 70 Internal links in your site. I hope this helps!
