'Server not responding to query' response

I am trying to set up a campaign for the sub domain www.bayofislandsinformation' (my client) but Moz is returning an error. It works fine for the root domain which is odd.

WMT is reporting now DNS or server issues so I am stumped.

Any ideas?

What is the whole domain? What error are you getting in webmaster tools?

Hello Laurie! Abe here from the Moz Help Team. Sorry about the issues with setting up your campaign. I want to make sure this is as easy as possible. First, make sure you are entering the full: www.bayofislandsinformation.co.nz as your subdomain. Also, if you are just seeing a popup saying that the address "doesn't respond to web requests"... simply click through that message. It is purely precautionary and your full crawl should still take place.
