Bug In Google System. Google Says Is Not Bug.
Hi There, I'm doing a search for 'internet lawyer ft lauderdale' and would recommend going through these in your search for a lawyer: https://www.google.com/search?q=internet+lawyer+ft+lauderdale&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=internet+lawyer+ft+lauderdale&rflfq=1&rlha=0&rllag=26186765,-80135356,3464&tbm=lcl&tbs=lf_msr:-1,lf_od:-1,lf_oh:-1,lf_pqs:EAE,lf:1,lf_ui:2&* I'm afraid I don't know what legal action would be appropriate (I have no legal background) but I'm hoping you'll be able to get one of these firms to call you back. Hopefully, with the documentation you've gathered, you'll be able to present the issue clearly to an attorney and get their qualified advice. Wishing you good luck!

How to optimize an ecommerce catalog that uses parameters only
Hello Charles, I'm not sure what you mean with the second option. Would you mind providing the domain so I can see for myself? Or consider clarifying, which may also attract more responses. My hunch is #1 is the way to go here.

SEO for Product Pages Deal that will last One Day Only
Hi Raul, 'Deal of the day' ecommerce models rely heavily on email, social, and paid search, and not so much SEO. SEO is a slow play, so I wouldn't put too much energy into planning SEO efforts around this. That being said, a noindex tag is going to be sufficient in preventing the deal of the day section of the site from hurting other aspects of your site (if there are any), you don't need to worry about putting a canonical tag on that product detail page since you're not indexing it. Hope that helps!

Htaccess maximum size?
If you have access to the main server's configuration file, place there. Code in httpd.conf is compiled on server restart where .htaccess is interpreted on every http request. The best way of doing it.

Reviews - Google & Third Party
Hi Becky! While it's great that you're generating reviews of additional third party review websites, Google should take priority. Most people visiting the website/searching for the business are going to find the website via Google. When they do that, it's likely that they will either see the local pack or the knowledge graph, both of which show their Google rating. These ratings play a significant role in generating click throughs to the website. No matter how many reviews you have on another website, these reviews won't impact the CTR to your website. To ask for reviews through Google, you can't give anyone an incentive. But I suggest adding a place in the company newsletter that directs them to leave a review on Google, or posting things on social media that ask satisfied customers to leave them a review! Hope this helps—good luck generating more great reviews!

How do we get rid of irrelavant inbound links
Thank you so much, Hurf. That was helpful. On our 410 page, we did write a note saying we no longer provide content services. The only thing that bothers us is that those old links keep showing on our most popular pages even after we 410ed them many months back and they still appear on our Search Console crawl errors. I think disavowing those links is not a good idea either as they were credible back then. So, again does these crawl errors from the old links affect our credibility on search engines? Just want to be sure. Thanks again!

Can Google+ help you to rank?
Nope. Using Google+ as intended may deliver positive results for your site, though. This is a nice article: https://moz.com/blog/google-plus-tips-seo

Comments
Julie is absolutely on the money; A lack of comments on blog posts will not harm your ranking (though a lack of traffic and engagement might). Getting your content shared and linked-to is where you should focus your attention; build great content and engage within your niche/community and you'll reap the rewards. Opening your comments up to the world will see you bombarded by comment spam. If your content is engaging enough that genuine visitors feel compelled to comment then the odds are it's the kind of content they would share. If you feel you are denying them a voice by preventing access to comments, perhaps you should consider a forum? Good luck.

Linking back to the homepage im trying to rank - Using exact match anchor? Linking from footer?
Our main keyword is ranking at the moment as 15th for the homepage, (Keyword + region name). The keyword is not so hard in the country im ranking it. But the question is still the same. Should I link back to homepage using the exact match anchor im trying to rank, and what to do with this category 1 which is the same target keyword. I think it might compete with homepage in the future. **If im not linking back to homepage with the keyword, how can google rank me strong is my question? **

How do I rank inside the knowledge panel in the "people also search for" section?
Hi Brett! I've actually been wondering this same thing for awhile now. From what I've found, there isn't a way to specifically manipulate anything on your website with anything (i.e. schema, etc.) that will help get you in this position of the knowledge graph. At the moment, it seems like it is mostly pulling companies that are ranking prominently in the area. That being said, I would focus on getting your website to be one of the most authoritative in the area to improve your chances.

Canonical url does not seem to be recognised by Moz
I am having sort of the same issue. Joomla plugin sh404SEF has a canonical field that I have been using as I can only code in the body of the pages in Joomla. It makes the tag syntax: <link href="http://customsigncenter.com/itemlist/category/40-soccer-banners" rel="canonical"> Some of them are recognized by Moz and some of them are not. Why would a joomla plug in create canonicals incorrectly? thoughts?

Which URL is better?
While this is a good idea in most respects, I would be wary of using a Top Level Domain if you plan on using the MozBar to track your DA / PA. Unfortunately Moz's bots can't crawl a lot of TLDs, and you would be stuck seeing a DA / PA of 1 forever (or until they add that TLD to their database, but I assume that will be a long, long time).
