Help selecting KWs based on their difficult to rank for and KW tool question
But should I choose terms that we rank for in the top 50 results to try to move us up, or choose terms that we're not even in the top 50 yet? (Or a little of both) And our competitors do have high DA/PA Scores and MozTrust Ranks, but I think it'd still be smart to target some of their KW phrases I noticed they rank for and my company shows up after them, correct?

Does google extract out keywords from links that use the url as the anchortext?
Nothing is for sure, but in my experience keywords in URL help, however very long URL's are probably not recommended. I've heard that keywords in domain names are not so valuable as before (they still are valuable just not so much). I tested keywords in URLs and one of the website were coming above the other website for the keywords. Again every case is different and it is solely your decision.

Is yummy SEO site architecture even possible with ASP.NET?
If you are already looking at a site rework under aspnet the have a look at incorperating this with MVC which offers a much more structured approach and allows handling of redirects 301 and produces much faster loading pages without all the cookie state stuffing of straight aspnet. It also handles security much better with attributes to control protocol and access rights.

Nofollow link from page rank 7?
Especially if link is from relevant page even if it is no follow I wouldn't turn it away. Search engines do see all links.

Old SEO keyword "articles", are they hurting rankings?
We haven't totally solved this problem yet. We removed the CSS that was hiding the links but otherwise left everything the same. Only a few of the pages shows up in the first 50 Google results for its targeted keyword and none of the pages receives very much traffic. We are still considering whether it would be better to kill the pages and 301 redirect to something more relevant, or simply noindex the pages and leave them alone. Our biggest concern is that many of these pages have a lot of links coming to them, although most of them are very low quality links. I think are best approach is going to be trying to improve the pages that do have some rankings and eliminating the rest of the pages with 301 redirect.

Different pages with very similar H1's - will I get a penalty?
The tag shouldn't pose a problem. So long as the <title>tags are different and the content of the page itself isn't the same, the similarity of <H1> tags on two pages won't substantially affect those page rankings.</p></title>

Can un-unique content damage my rankings?
It's probably an "it depends" answer for the ratio, and that's if we actually had access to the algorithm. In the case above, the guy was (and still is) removed from the index. Someone else may come in with studies they have done to give you more of an answer based on their experience in their niche, but there's not going to be one magic number that serves as a cutoff for every site.

Domain extension is a ranking factor? Does it change de value of my SEO
I would look for another .com.br domain, since that will give search engines a natural propensity to rank your site better in your country. You can target this in Webmaster Tools, but with Bing they don't offer that, you have to rely on them properly Geolocating your IP. I would hypothesize that .info domains are clicked through less due to spam issues, and as a side effect have lower positioning in the grand scheme of things. I say this because of the revelation that Google and Bing both utilize clickstream data to some degree. Also, .info or .biz just doesn't look good for a brand. Unless it's built around that TLD like bit.ly or delicio.us

How is link juice passed to links that appear more than once on a given page?
Yep, only first link counts. So it is important that it's a text link! A common problem is that people have a product image that links as the first link on the page to that URL.. with a text link below.. not good...
