Is DA a reliable domain metric?
Do you guys know the Bad Neighborhood tool? It's a pretty simple tool and I use it to quickly check websites for links, dodgy anchor texts and anything suspicious. I would implement a similar method in the DA calculation.

no, not to large, it was the third most popular page behind the homepage. Whole page size is around 3mb.

Landing Pages: New Domain or Sub Folder?
As John mentioned page rank will be minimal and new domains won't have much domain rank either (likely a lot less than your main established domain) if you're wanting them for organic search purposes. Unless you're wanting to keep building upon the domain and establish them as more than 'one off' landing pages (link building etc) then using them over your main domain wont do you much good short term or long.

Apple like support
Not entirely sure how this system works, but i would think that if the express-lane content had search/content benefits then adding it as a folder would be a better option. As subdomains are treated as seperate websites, if the content can benefit your root/main domain, better off giving to kudos to that rather than to a standalone subdomain site.

Google Places not appearing
Austin, Google will delete listings and "sandbox" you if you break their Google places rules and regulations. From looking at your listing, I can only pin-point a couple of things that Google may not like. First, in you categories you have "Palm Harbor Weight Loss" - you should not have a city of state in any of your categories. Also, make sure that you only have one category per category slot. Make sure that your images are the right size, usually under 120 width will work. On your website, I would add the name of the company (Medi-Weightloss Clinics) just as it reads on Google Maps on top of your address on the top right in locations. I would embed the Google Map into the locations page. I also would add more categories, you currently only have three. Hope this helps.
