Google Place Pages - Definitive Guide?
I believe the recommendation is to have the title only be strictly the business name (with no keywords in it.) As long as all the offices are real locations and you've verified them either by phone or mail, I don't think that's ever been an issue. You may want to do other things to differentiate the locations from one another, such as unique photos, unique names of staff members and so forth. And if each location has its own page on your website that's even better. -Dan

Parameter Handling - Nourls Question
I think canonicalization is the best option for your case. Make http://www.propertyshark.com/mason/ny/New-York-City/Maps/Manhattan-Apartment-Sales-Map?zoom=2&x=0.518&y=0.3965 canonical tag as http://www.propertyshark.com/mason/ny/New-York-City/Maps/Manhattan-Apartment-Sales-Map. Then google wil show http://www.propertyshark.com/mason/ny/New-York-City/Maps/Manhattan-Apartment-Sales-Map in search results and problem will be solved. Google will still count backlinks for those url's but if you choose nourl google will not index them again. If you use canonical tag, all incoming links' juice ,related to that page, collected by main page.

Is there a tool to search for multiple allintitle:"keyword phrase"
Hi Mark, Yes, there is a tool that does this exact job: https://allintitle.co You can search for multiple keywords at once (500 keywords for example) and then export results to a CSV file. It also gives search volume, Google trends info, Keyword Golden Ration score (KGR), SERP overview as well as Cost Per Click info. Hope it helps.

Build links through blogging?
Great question and Dan already provided a superb answer I would just like to add my 2 cents. It is valid to assume that posting topical content can gain you links but the truth of the matter is we can't know for certain what will float . We've created content that we thought was top notch only to see it wither and die by the wayside and some times we'd just throw something together and that gets picked up and generates decent links . So build links with the intent to generate some visibility, traction and traffic and if the content is good organic links should naturally follow . Content and links in this game are kinda like Batman and Robin , pretty good on their own but awesome together. Definitely link to relevant content from your blog posts . Relevant links pass juice be they external or internal . As far as blog posts being cut and dry , write more and try different slants, market with panache . Lawyers get paid by the minute to offer their thoughts and your readers should be lucky to be served this free. Hope this helps ..
