I agree with Cesare, if your blog has been a big part of your website I wouldn't move it to a subdomain. You'll lose any authority you've built to your website with your blog content.

Hi vtmoz, OK. You can upload a file containing all the domains you want to disavow you don't need to do that one by one. To check thousands of links is not something one wants to do for sure actually... How you could do it: Disavow them all (from Webmaster Tools you export them all to a file) and then you delete a couple of dozens you know are strong and valuable domains. Cheers, Cesare

Hey Lida! Thanks for reaching out to us! Our tool functions in such a way that it will find the highest ranking URL on your site for that specific Keyword. I understand your frustration, and it appears to be quite a common problem. However, as Randy points out in this excellent Whiteboard Friday Video - there are ways that you can try to deal with it! To sum up the video: Is there an alternative relevant page on your website which you would prefer coming up for this keyword? Perhaps this page is experiencing indexing or crawling or content or link issues. (Rand talks about these in great detail). Rand then goes on to explain how you can bolster that page's potential ranking signals, or even to down-grade the non relevant page. If all else fails, Rand presents a final potential solution... Check it out! To find the other pages that your site in ranking for you have the option in Moz Pro to choose 'Keyword Performance' from the drop-down (See image) and you will be able to see the other URL's that are ranking for that specific Keyword. This could help with the technical SEO side of things as mentioned above. Maybe some of the SEO pros in our community can advise further! I agree with seoman10 in that it is often difficult to get accurate results, especially when a client is out of state and you are trying to replicate what they are seeing. One saving grace is that some tools, like SemRush actually allow you to set where you want to search from ex: if your client is in Little Rock Arkansas & you are located in NYC you can set your rank tracking from Little Rock and it is actually pretty accurate. Nothing is 100%, but we have found this is pretty reliable. Cheers, G

Wow - sorry this question slipped past, Ruth. As long as the proper HTTP redirect has been written to HTTPS, there's nothing that needs to be done with canonical tags. The beauty of 301-redirects is that they are server directives - once in place, its no longer even possible to reach the non-HTTPS URLs. The HTTPS URLs should of course still keep their own self-referential canonical tags, but that's handled automatically in most CMSs (Content Management Systems like WordPress.) I got it. By the way I love how your alphabet looks like. I don't understand even a single sign but it looks good... Maybe there is an issue with your code/menu, but I have no chance of understanding anything with an alphabet I don't know... Idea: Add a sitemap that shows Google all you pages and the hierarchy: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/183668?hl=en. In a sitempa you can also assign you pages a relativ importance (score). I guess this should help. Cheers, Cesare

In addition to OSE, ahrefs or SEMrush are awesome tools that can be used to reverse engineer a competitors link profile. If you haven't already done so, you may also want to review Rand's whiteboard Friday about getting your first 50 links to make sure you're got all the low hanging fruit before diving into other kinds of link building.

Hi, You are welcome. No looks good. Don't exaggerate it with the density. What I gave you was just an example. You should do a proper Keyword Research. Maybe the most convenient keyword combination would be Sodium Bisulfate Pool Chemicals. But what you did now is already better than before. You should try to get some good and authoritative links now. That is going to strengthen your page and help you to be ranked better. Linkbuilding should be done regularly over time. Avoid to get 10 links in the next 14 days an then nothing for the next 365 days. Thats not good that looks very unnatural! To check how things are going you can use the campaign manager of MOZ. Its easiest and a very good tool. I guess you want to appear on Google Pakistan, so set it up for that URL. You will get regular reports how things are going. I would wait at least a 1-2 weeks for the next time to check again. Cheers, Cesare

When you ignore an issue, it will not be immediately reflected in your issue count but once your next crawl takes place, you should see the issue count reflect the removal of the ignored issue.
