I can let you know if something is a stock feature or not. Because with the hosted platforms like Shopify, Lemonstand, and BigCommerce the features are limited because you do not have access to the core application. With something like Prestashop or Magento for that matter since you have access, you can really do anything your budget allows.

Hi Neil, What I mean by category URLs is that a product sits on a URL like http://www.trophycentral.com/5x7blacmarpl.html, rather than http://www.trophycentral.com/plaques/insertplaques/5x7blacmarpl.html but as I said, the flat structure you are using can work as well. Putting products in structures like that can get confusing if products exist in multiple categories and make way for duplicate content (i.e. a product is found under multiple different URLs). Just worth mentioning though because it's not common to see such a flat structure nowadays with the ecommerce platforms a lot of folks are using, like Magento, etc. I wouldn't worry too much about tabs. If the content behind tabs is a) not incredibly long, b) relevant to the page, and c) available in the source code on page load (i.e. it doesn't require the execution of a JavaScript function to pull the content into the tab / onto the page), Google can see this content and should treat it much the same as if the content wasn't tabbed. I really don't see any problems with it based on experience but I would suggest sticking with acquiring eyeballs, engaging and getting them to share if for you instead of having each post getting shared on the same accounts. That "might" be a potential problem down the road, especially if you have a lot of them, including the pliggs..ughh.

Thanks Lesley- I've managed to get the 301 done.  Now I plan to resubmit my site to the major engines.  Sadly, the state of my business now precludes me from hiring someone to do it for me.  I am going to wordpress and already have it being installed with my hosting co so I can start on it. I bought the X theme.A few months ago I could've afforded the website to be built for me, now I can't.

Hi Berner In relation to "links", you can recover and fairly quickly as William pointed out. Every website needs continued maintenance. Disavow provides you the opportunity to keep you site in shape! We run monthly health checks (using Moz) for our clients which includes refreshing link data, keeping disavow files updated etc. This gives us the opportunity to identify and solve any site issues efficiently with the client firmly in the loop so to speak. What has happened? Why it happen? Where? What we will do? Evidence/Outcome? Whoever you employ, make sure they cover everything and provide "evidence". You deserve to have this. It's not just links that can get you penalised however. As per your example above.. I have enabled auto syndication to all my social network.. so only excerpt will syndicate along with linkback to original content..if you open any of those 50 links it will be facebook post. So sharing content is not against webmaster guidelines.. Already started editing and rewriting of post... It will take  more than a week..

I am no authority, yet it does seem a bit all over. I like the social media links on top, and a call to action type of newsletter sign up. But with the domain name, and website at first look, I would be lost myself. The colors are easy on the eyes, and easy to navigate. Just my thoughts

Hey Dr. Pete, Sorry for the late reply. I will see you in July. I just did SerchLove Boston and immediately after that purchased tickets for SerchLove San Diego in September. The ROI on going to those events is  fantastic and  they are awesome to attend. I  have to wait have to purchase my MozCon tickets on Wednesday because might have a second person coming with me.
