How to improve keyword rank

Hello,

I have made some changes to my site within the last 1 1/2 months and have not seen my keyword ranking improve whatsoever; however, my page rank has gone up.  I have made all the changes that my campaign suggested, and yet there is still no change to my keyword rank.  Please advise me on what I'm doing incorrectly or what I should change.

This is a rather open ended question without more details, and without the details there are many reasons why your site isn't yet ranking.

To give a more accurate and focussed response I would need to know what keywords you wanted to rank for, your URL and any other pertinent bits of information you may find useful then I could take a look.

You can make all the changes that SEOmoz suggests, but at the end of the day so much of your ranking in Google still comes down to how important they think you are. While SEO is vital, requirements for having a top ranking site hasn't changed in years: who is linking to your content, how much weight do those sites carry, and how good is your content? Next to that you have to look at who you're competing against.
