How do I respond to your request privately as I do not want the competition knowing about my 'issues'?

Hello,

I have made some changes to my site within the last 1 1/2 months and have not seen my keyword ranking improve whatsoever; however, my page rank has gone up.  I have made all the changes that my campaign suggested, and yet there is still no change to my keyword rank.  Please advise me on what I'm doing incorrectly or what I should change.
