Let us know about features and functionality that you’d like to see in the Moz tools.

  • Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I'm so sorry that the new pagination feature in keyword rankings isn't conducive to your workflow! We were definitely aiming at making an improvement, not making it more difficult for you to get at the data you need. I'll make sure to bring this up with our product team when we meet to discuss our users' feedback - a Show All button might be something we can get into the tools to help alleviate this pain in the neck. I'm not sure about a timeline for getting such a feature into the app, but I'll definitely make a point of bringing it up with the team. Thanks for writing in to let us know that something wasn't working for you - we want to be the best Moz we can be, and insight like this helps us figure out how to get there.

  • Hey there! Thanks for the question! Unfortunately we don't support automated CSV report emails at this time. You can manually request these emails in theRankings section of your campaign. I'll be sure to let the product team know this is something you're interested in seeing, however!

  • Hey Hans, Thanks so much for the great suggestion! I've forwarded this over to our product team, so hopefully we will see this in a future version of the feature. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions or questions about this feature.

  • Hey Jamie! Sorry to hear about your frustration with the Google Analytics feature. I can definitely understand why this would be a pain point for you. While we don't offer a search function for Google Analytics profiles at this time, I'm happy to give this feedback to our product team! Thank you for bringing it to our attention!

  • Hi Lisa, is Moz planning to add in the ability to view the keyword rankings over time in a graphical format? This would be a great thing to show on a Custom Report.

  • The same thing happens to me, and I check my rankings in an inkognito Chrome window. Does anyone know why I am seeing discrepancies?

  • Hey there!  You can indeed add local tracking to your keywords through your Moz campaign once it has been set up. Just pop over to the Add & Manage Keywords tab, and click the 'Add Keywords' tab here: http://screencast.com/t/xwESEFqi You can add new keywords and click "Track Locally" to do just that. Or you can add a geolocation tracking option to your existing keywords. Just click “from your existing list”. This is what it looks like: http://screencast.com/t/uKuZ9WOZr You can read more about the keyword rankings tab here: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/keyword-rankings/add-and-manage-keywords If anything is unclear please do let me know Cheers! • Hi Trevor! As it turns out, we do have a cache on our index to help stop valid links from falling out of our view. However, we're not able to guarantee that all links we've previously indexed will be re-indexed within that cache period. So, it can certainly still happen that links will drop out of our index. In general, this helps to promote a stable index, while still preserving freshness and relevance of links that we report on. As far as metrics like DA and PA go, it's always important to remember that these are relative metrics, rather than absolute. While it always feels good to see them climb higher and higher, a consistent score or even a drop doesn't necessarily mean that there has been no improvement. I'd definitely recommend checking out this post by Rand on ways to consider these metrics: https://moz.com/community/q/da-pa-fluctuations-how-to-interpret-apply-understand-these-ml-based-scores

  • Thanks for the response, Lisa. Also, as I mentioned, the word 'You' doesn't seem to professional even if I compare my site with competitors. Doesn't sound professional in a corporate environment.

  • Jeremy - you appear to be "The Man" here.  A very good answer to a less than obvious solution. I assumed that the link was appended to whatever else I wrote - like an email signature. Now I know, problem solved - Thanks!!

  • Thank you for responding and for the recommendations Bryan! definitely agree on the importance of having multiple platforms running analytics and yes, Google tends to be ahead of the game with SERPs.

  • Thank you very much.  This is very helpful.  I am going to write up some requirements now around dismissible rules.  No promises on when, but I will add it to the backlog. Are you interested in helping out with future product feedback or research? If so please email me at jon@moz.com and I will add you.  Thanks!

  • I have used  link detox they are very good at what they do. The main differences are link detox uses majestic for their back link discovery. Moz uses  Open site explorer If you want my opinion you need to have  Moz , Ahrefs,  Majestic &  Google Webmaster tools. Moz is  spectacular and critical to what you're doing.  I would make a disavow file from all the tools  goi  I have had the best luck with    removeem.com  allows you to combine all of them together and I would recommend checking them out. I hope this helps. Tom

  • Any thoughts on my question about availability, Russ? I understand you may not be able to offer a precise date but I have no idea whether we're looking at a month, 6 months, a year, etc. Just some sort of guideline would be helpful. For the particular research workflow I have in mind this is really important to me. I have signed for a trial account for AHrefs this morning and they seem to have very good coverage here. But, having been with Moz for a long time, my very strong preference would be to stay with Moz - but something as little more than "one day..." would be helpful Thanks. Mark

  • Hi Prime! In short, Moz Local tracks a total of 15 platforms. 10 of these we directly update and manage for you. 5 of them you will need to manage manually. The 10 we directly update for you are: Acxiom Best of the Web Bing Citysearch Factual Foursquare Infogroup Insiderpages Localeze Superpages The other 5 we track but don't push to are: Google Facebook YP Yelp Hotfrog In order to sign up for Moz Local, you will first need to have either a verified Google+ Local page or Facebook Place as these are the 2 sources we draw data from and validate against. Hope this helps!
